4 of us went last night--theatre was packed--movie was incredible!
I thought it was amazing how the entire theatre was just "buzzing" then the movie starts it went dead quiet...the Cullen family enters the cafeteria at school and it was just a collective *gasp*--it was so cool having everyone on the "same page" as how I was feeling!
I know.. I saw it in a room full of fanatics and it was the same type of thing. They were very good, well behaved, it was ME! The first appearance of Edward I was one of the loudest WOO'S!

Have to agree with the poster who remarked about Edward making a face when Bella steps into Biology class and stands in front of the fan--very exaggerated.
Sadly, I heard Rob in an interview remark that he didn't want the role initially because he thought the actors would have to be campy and he didn't want to be "or hope we weren't" oops.
I felt the same way BUT my friend reminded me this: You're thinking of New Moon, Eclipse, and Breaking Dawn Jacob. This is 15 yr old little boy Jacob. Maybe that helps? It did for me.I had Jacob pictured differently in my head...more of a "chiselled" look with strong features(jawline and cheekbones), in the movie he has such a cute baby face!
I thought it was pretty modern and realistic, especially here in the PNW where you never know what you're going to get. The setting was all pretty wonderfully accurate for me.DS-inlaw and myself both were disappointed with the Cullen house, not at all what we had imagined--too art deco on the exterior.
Will see it again and definately will buy it when it comes out!
I'm definitely buying a copy. I want to see it again already.
