Tusker House Character Lunch?

When I made our ADRs, the CM told me they added this due to free dining. I went ahead and made an ADR... anyone have this too? Has anyone gone for lunch during free dining?

I have a reservation for lunch here, too! I made my ADRs online, so I haven't heard anything about it becoming a character lunch.

I will wait and see what others might say.

I would like to know about this as well. We have dinner booked but would take lunch if characters are there.

When the kids went in August during free dining, characters were not there.

We were there 1st. week of Sept. for Free Dining, no characters.

It would be weird that they would "add" characters to an already exisiting meal. Sometimes Chef Mickey's will add a lunch meal, but Tusker already had a lunch meal. I guess if characters are there, then you get a bonus!

We ate there last Tuesday for lunch, no characters, but the meal was delicious!

The characters all left around 11:45 when we were there last week.

We didn't see any characters there for lunch in August. We got there about 11:35 a.m. They were all gone. We felt that this was one of the best places we ate at this time around. Even my kids, picky eaters, loved the food. I would go back here again. I hope you like it was much as we did!

I have a lunch reservation there to get the reserved seating for Nemo the Musical, but there are no characters for lunch.

I think the CM you spoke to was misinformed/misunderstood.
