Turn down service at AKL

is this turn down service available for anyone or just concierge- if available to all- is there a fee?

The service is available to all with no fee...just tip your mousekeeper a couple bucks.

Had a savannah view for Dis con. We didnt ask for turn down but they did come in and turn down the bed--but only 1. Im not sure why they just picked the one but atleast it was mine

We had a Deluxe Savannah room, tipped the maid daily and didn't have any turndown service, actually I didn't even know that it was offered

Just a tip will not get you turndown service. You need to request the service from housekeeping. Just call housekeeping when you get in your room and request trundown service for the length of your stay.
