TTC thread take 2

I'd love to meet up with you all, for those of us in the Midwest! I live in NW suburbs (Lake Zurich area), and work right by Woodfield Mall. We gotta enjoy the while we still can!

Gabbie, DH grew up in Tulsa! My in-laws still live there. Next time we go to OK we'll have a together!

I can totally relate to the feelings that this is completely and totally UNFAIR for all of us. So glad you guys are here and understand what it's really like!

It was a fun day. My cousin and I enjoyed the fair. We didn't ride any rides (she has asthma), but we did enjoy looking at the exhibits. More importantly, I tried really hard to do good on my diet.

I had:

A canoli with chocolate milk for breakfast (OK, I wanted one and haven't had one in a year)
one corn dog
some popcorn (we split it)
Lemonaid (we split it)
Diet Coke
one small vanilla ice cream cone (it was a sample and a good size at that!)

Hey, at least I didn't have: the fried candy bar, cotton candy, funnel cake, and fried twinkie. That's what I wanted! Heartburn city!

Today was a test to see if I could go to Disney and stick to healthier or at least semi-healthier goodies....I can!

Ugh, I'm bloated today. Ate too much popcorn. I have to watch myself at the end of this month at F&W....the canoli at the Italy stand and the waffle at the Belgium stand.....I could be in trouble! LOL.

OK just need to vent here... why is it that the one time I actually want AF to come so we can start testing with the RE, it is nowhere in sight?! Have tested twice and got BFNs so what is the deal? This has been the longest cycle I've had all year, of course the one time I wanted it to come right away. Feel like nothing is coming easily these days. UGH!

OMG...I have great news!!!!!

So I work online as a travel writer (can't divulge with whom) and every year, my writing contract comes up for review. Well, my boss got in touch with me and told me they are revising it. I think, "Uh oh. What did I do?"

Are you sitting down? Since I am the "Disney Expert", I will get the chance to go to the two Disney parks, D-Land and D-World all year next year!!!!!!!! Every 3-4 months, I will be leaving to cover a new event at one of the two parks!!!!! OMG!!!!!! I'm so excited!!!!!!

I think after a while, Mickey's gonna say, "You again?"

So get ready to see a lot of tickers coming up. LOL.

just here to vent....everyone seems to be throwing babies in my face today

First a girl comes in with her THREE young children (3, 2, 6 months or so) and was in my office for quite a while. I have to put on a happy face and of course when she walks out, I'm bawling.

Then I went into another office for something, and as I passed a colleague's desk she shoved a picture of her new grandbaby in my face (her 19 year old daughter had an oops pregnancy)...

Then my old boss comes in talking to my coworkers about the baby shower she's planning for her sister in law (knowing my issues...)

Uggg isn't it always the way. . . As you know I had a moment like that over the summer right after I got my AMH test results. I was gonna get all deep and stuff but desided saying It Sucks pretty much covers it and of course I'm sorry and I'm sending you tons of hugs, and I so wish things were different for all of us

Girl I know all too well how you feel. The same exact things are happening in my life with friends, family and co-workers.....I wish I could just run away from everyone because I am mentally losing it and don't know how much more I can take. No one that isn't in our shoes will ever understand what we are going through. But what is worse is after you tell people in your life what is going on and all that you are going through they still feel the need to flaunt stuff in your face..... I don't mean to sound nasty but it hurts. HUGS to you

I've had that a lot lately too. I think that I must have baby dust coming off me since everyone I come in contact with seems to get pregnant. Just have to figure out how to get that dust to land on me!
