So I booked a Fantasmic dinner package at my 180 day mark. Originally booked for four then found out my son could come with us. I kept calling to try to add him with no luck. Sunday morning I called and still no luck, but the CM asked would you like me to book an ADR for one so he can at least eat with you. I told her yes and after the computer gave her a little trouble she said now it is telling me it is unavailabe.
Fast forward to Sunday night I tried again. I then find out my package I have had for months for four people is now for one.
I said ah no it is for four, I told her about the call from earlier(I was very nice. I know it wasnt her fault or really the CM from earlier either. It was just a mistake). I did very nicely make it clear that I wanted the package back. She put me on hold and I think spoke with guest relations. That CM got on the line with me and was able to get my package back.
and for all five of us. I thanked her over and over.
So be careful if you are trying to modify. Check your ADR's online after a call (something I should have done)to make sure they are still correct.
