Trying to book unsuccessfully

I've been trying unsuccessfully to book a summer 2027 cruise this morning. Getting "unable to set sail with your request" on two browsers and constant busy signals when calling. I've always used a travel agent to book my cruises, but unfortunately she has dropped the ball on me now 3 trips in a row, so I thought I'd try to book this one on my own. Not going well. LOL Based on anyone's past experiences booking for themselves, if I try again in another hour or two, should the website be working? Or am I better off scrambling to find a new agent I trust who has a better chance of getting through today?

There are huge numbers of UK Silver Castaway Club Members trying to book the August cruises on The Wish. The system is crashing. Everyone in the UK Disney cruise communities are seeing the same thing, the phone system is so overloaded they have reached their max for on hold and people are not even getting to the on hold stage.

Checking the commentary on social media, always fun after these days, and it sounds like t-shirt selection is still causing an issue here and there. Good news is that I don't think it impacted anyone here but just something to keep in mind.


Locked down the current method (queue ID does NOT show up at the bottom of the page anymore) but folks are seeing if there's a workaround.

Are you being hung up on when you call the DCL phone number or are you being put on hold because I would highly recommend staying on hold with DCL while trying to book the cruise on line that way if you cant get it booked before they answer the Cast Member can help you.

Had the same problem yesterday and the website never fixed itself, so I called the Castaway number (1-800-449-3380), chose the option for website support, and got through in 10 minutes. They were able to book this cruise for me. So that’s my tip—don’t call the number for cruise bookings; call that Castaway support number instead so you won’t have to spend all day on hold.

Eep... this scares me... I hate just waiting on an agent... but I would not be able to be on hold for three hours at work... soo here we are.

I am never able to book online. I get all the way to the last page where you enter info for the deposit and then I'm timed out.

I’m shocked that was one of the cruises that increased, they run that every other week!

Finally booked.

Aug 14th 2027 - Disney Destiny.

We booked a Concierge Family Verandah but were surprised by how many rooms were already sold out. Our first choice was taken, but we ultimately ended up with our 2nd choice.
