Traveling with a baby?

Curious is anyone has sailed with a baby lately? We will be 4 vaccinated adults with the unvaxed baby and looking at tbd Thanksgiving sailing of the Freedom of the Seas. We traditionally sail DCL or Princess but they do not seem to working out for this trip.

Just curious about what restrictions we will have with him being unvaccinated, both on the ship and in port (Nassau, Coco Cay). Also would love to hear experience on Freedom of the Seas- we will have the baby and a 17 year old. This would be a quick last minute trip but just want to make sure the cruise makes sense rather than a land vacation.

Can't get off the ship if you have an unvaxxed child unless you book an excursion through the cruise line (except for CoCoCay). You will be put in the unvaxxed dining room. There may be certain specialty restaurants on each ship that are vaccinated guests only. You can't go to the vaccinated only shows with an unvaxxed child. There are areas of the ship unvaxxed kids can't go (casino, certain bars, etc).
I'm doing a Thanksgiving cruise with my 4 kids all under 12, so I've been following this all closely.
