Hi
We travelled lasy year with our DS who had just turned 2 and it felt as if we had packed everything but the kitchen sink and we didn't have bottles, sterilisers etc..
My advice would be to take enough nappies to get you out there, your usual milk and then disposable bibs. I would also advise taking the Milton steilising tablets then you won't have to pack your normal steriliser and they are really handy as they come in packs like headache tablets and you just pop them into the sink with cold water and wahtever you need to sterilise.Once you get there I would advise that you visit the nearest supermarket to get nappies, baby food etc. My
best buy when my DS was a baby was to buy a flasK which I would fill with the correct temperature water, I also had an Avent milk dispenser and a couple of sterilised bottles handy. Rather than having to run around trying to find a bottle warmer I just used to pour in the water, add the powder, give it a shake and off we went again. As you will be in the parks for quite a while I would familiarise yourself where baby changing, bottle warming is extra.
Also try the Pampers Sunblock wipes really handy for a quick top up, you will also need plenty of vests as with the heat it will keep her cool enough. Also have a look in mags such as Urchin etc at the pushchair UV Covers that you can get which basically pull all the way over the p/chair and keep out the rays and flies. For a baby this age in 80 deg heat I think this would be a great buy. Also don't forget your rain cover as it can throw it down.
I don't think you are mad going at the end of the day as long as they are fed, bums changed and comfy in their pushchair babies of this age are a joy, it's when they start moving around they become a nightmare.
Have a lovely holiday
