Trash & Towel

I have just received my booking confirmation.

Why would DVC have scheduled a Trash/Towel service in the middle of my stay, and a Full Service on the day before I check out?

Surely these two would be best reversed?

I would assume they have to carry out a full service on the day I check out - so a full service two days running?

From memory, scheduling of room service types has always been strange.

If you are staying 8 nights or more, you should receive full cleaning on day 4 and T&T on day 8. After you check-in call housekeeping and ask them what they show on their schedule, and make corrections if necessary.
 
I am staying twelve nights in august... I have full cleaning, then trash and towel then full cleaning again the day before i check out. Can I trade the trash and towel in the middle for a full cleaning and have the trash and towel the day before i leave?
 
Maybe I'm reading this wrong, but I thought it was T & T on day 4 then full cleaning on day 8 and another T & T on 12; above it sounds like you are getting the opposite?

Additionally, I don't think you could you alter the schedule by swapping which day you got what, only add additional services for cash. :confused3
 

It is T&T on day 4 for a stay of 7 nights or less. For stays of 8 nights or more, it is full service on day 4 and T&T on day 8. And we have been able to change our assigned days, but that would be entirely at the discretion of the Housekeeping supervisor.

Wow, that is something I'll have to keep in the back of my head if & when I do a longer stay. Thanks!
