Transfer to and from MCO to Old Key West options with a power wheelchair that is not Mears bus?

I use a power wheelchair that was custom designed for me. It fits the Disney dimensions for their buses and has dedicated tie down rings. It does not fold and weighs 394 pounds without me in it. I know the Mears bus can take it because I have previously used them with it. However, I was hoping there might be some alternatives which might be less time consuming, And have better handling of the return to airport as I am flying Southwest which is the opposite side as Mears.
