Transfer Time

We are going on a cruise and am wondering about what time the transfer bus would pick us up at Old Key West.

It varies according to how many cruise guests are staying at your hotel, and how many stops your bus needs to make. The night before your cruise you'll get a note delivered to your room telling you what time to have your luggage ready for bell services to pick up, and what time to meet the cruise agent in the lobby.

When we cruised 15 mos ago the luggage was picked up around 8:30 a.m. and we were picked up around 11:30. This was at the Grand Floridian and the bus stopped at two other hotels.

You will actually get the info sheet early in the day on the last full day. Luggage pick up will be between 8:00 and 9:00. You do not have to be there for the luggage pick up--leave it inside the door to the room with the DCL tags on it.

Your pick up will be between 11:30 and 12:30--the info sheet will have a more exact time. We usually do a character breakfast as a last morning treat--plenty of time!
