We are staying at saratoga springs and have reservations at 8:30 but the park does not open till 9 we have no car what is the best way to do this.

Best bet is a cab. Should be like $10. Go to the bell hop area, and ask them to call one. I'd leave enough time for 1 hour door to door...

We stayed at BC and had a really early PS. There is a MK bus for people who have PS's at Cinderella or Crystal Palace. We had both PS's (cinderella & Crystal Palace) during our stay and the bus got us there in plenty of time both times. I would assume SSR has the same thing. We also had a really early PS for the AK character Breakfast and there was an early bus for that too. The best thing about early PS's is that for all three we got done eating and wandered around taking pictures before all the crowds came in. It's like a special kind of early entry only for people with early PS's.

You should have no problem with WDW transportation. What I would do is when you check in..tell the CM about your ressies and follow their lead !!
