I'm Back!!!
missed you all loads
It has been a nightmare getting online!!! still not 100% working but fingers crossed i can come & visit my wish buddies again
From what i've managed to catch up on your all doing awesomw with the work outs & weight loss, makes me hang my head in shame
OK lets get it over with:
didnt go to gym from Nov-end Dec so 2 months off! + christmas & generally eating like a pig i gained 14lbs!!
So i started the new year rearing to go went back to gym, decided to do low carb strict for 2 weeks....lasted 5 days! good news - i lost 4lb's
bad news - i gained it back when i stopped doing the low carb, i'm now doing the self destruct very high unhealthy carbs!!
Finding gym hard the last 2 times i've done the treadmill my calves have just locked up bad - any help on that one would be appreciated!!!
My friend who i was supposed to train with & motivate each other quit the gym!!
so no loss as yet!
So i think ive returned at the right time
i'll list the worst of my food from the weekend:
friday - fish & chips with cheese & mayo, choc bar 1/2 bottle of wine!
saturday - curry
sunday - carvery, more wine!
They were just diner!
Today
b/fast - cereal
lunch - salad, yogurt, strawberries
diner - pork chops, salad, sweet potato waffles, follwed by 2 pancakes with maple syrup & ice cream
The house is lovely, DH doesnt regret moving, especially after a neighbour at the old house punched him in the face over parking the week before we moved!!! police came, we had a witness, police charged old neighbour with assault, court date set, witness dropped out so we have had to retract as it would have been ones word against the other!! At least its over now!
thanks for sticking by me, it has been hard not knowing how you were all doing, work computer blocks the site so couldnt get on at all!!
BUT the best news i can say in 2008 is:
