Tracey's wedding weight loss attempt (comments welcome & needed!!)

woke up with my makeup still on & still looking good!! & i didnt have a hair out of place!! Had a banging headache!
Dragged myself to the gym - thats dedication for you!!

:rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2: yes, that is definitely dedication! :yay: :yay:

BBQing in England and wearing turtleneck sweaters in Southern CA - what's wrong with this picture?! :rotfl2: Seriously, it is great that you are getting nice weather for your break. Enjoy your BBQ!

Hi Tracey~

Sounds like you had some great weather for the weekend!:goodvibes We had snow, snow, and more snow.... Did I mention that it snowed?:rotfl:

Good for you for getting to the gym after the *ahem* Bryan Adams tribute band night! ;) That is dedication!:thumbsup2

Hope you have a great week!

I'm super impressed you're able to pull yourself to the gym after a long night. I have a hard time working out if I get less than 8 hours sleep LOL it's always a struggle!

food is looking good--keep up the great work!

Thankyou for stopping by wish buddies :grouphug:

I didnt do well at the BBQ :(
Had 1 cheese burger, 1 hotdog, nibbled loads of potato chips, 1 piece of quiche & 2 sausage rolls (do you guys have them?? - little pastry things filled with sausage meat!!) 5 biscuits (cookies!) 4 cans of cider & 2 glasses of wine! :rolleyes1

The weather wasnt too good, it was sunny but very windy & quite chilly - about low 60's. So we all sat on the garden in our coats huddled around a heater!!! Woke up this morning with a sore throat!!
Was also up alot in the night with stomach pains!!!

Today (Monday)
b/fast - none - still too full & tummy felt dodgy!
lunch - 4 crispbreads, yogurt
dinner - plate of fries topped with cheese & mayo with a bread roll.

Went to gym to try & work off some of the BBQ damage :cool1:
Then neighbour invited me over this afternoon & i drank 1/2 a bottle of wine :sad2:
Also had a nibble of DD's easter egg!!

I'm worried about all the snow & cold weather you guys are having! Usually we get your weather about 1-2 weeks later!! I've packed all my winter clothes away!!

I need to have 1 good food day!!! My will power is non existant at the moment - thats with food & spending!!!

 Tracey... Hope you're feeling better today.:goodvibes

You are doing a great job with your gym workouts! Keep up the good work!:cheer2:

Hope you have a wonderful day!:goodvibes

Hi Tracey,

That is some dedication...way to go!!!! I can't say I would have done that. I'll be honest :)

I hope our weather does not make it your way...although we have not had as much snow as Tracy, we did get some this last weekend, and we are suppose to get more this Friday. YUCK!!!!

Keep up the good work!!!

Have a great day :)

I come here ashamed  :guilty: :sad2:

I'm on a downward slide with my food!!
Last night i had chocolate...again
Today i ate pizza...for lunch & dinner!!!

Tuesday
b/fast - cereal
lunch - had lunch in town with a friend, ordered a pizza slice - out came a huge pizza baguette & i ate the lot!
Dinner - ate out at 'frankie & bennies' had a calzone with a side of fries :sad2: will proberbly give in to easter chocolate again tonight too!

Then i wonder why i'm not losing at the gym!!
Out shopping for the day with dd, dsil & her dd tomorrow so will be eating out for lunch again! & spending money i havnt got

I'm writing the week off & when i get back to work next week its back on that wagon - even if i have to strap myself down on it!!!

Hi, Tracey! I'm sorry I haven't visited recently. It sounds like you are working out a lot. :woohoo: Do you fall into the mindset that I do? I have to convince myself that I am NOT working out so that I have license to eat and drink anything I want. That totally defeats my objective of losing.
I hope your school holiday was at least a bit restful for you. Sounds like your internal alarm clock is as strong as mine! Don't you hate that? Even on weekends, I am awake before 6, looking at the clock and trying to persuade myself to go back to sleep. ;)
Have a great night! I hope you can resist the candy and other junk food!

 Tracey~

We all have times when we are off program.... Don't worry too much about it. You're on spring break this week, enjoy it!:goodvibes I bet once you get back into your routine next week, you'll be right back OP with your food. :thumbsup2

Great job keeping up with your workouts! Keep up the good work!:cheer2:

Have fun shopping today!:goodvibes

Oh believe me, we all have those days (as you saw in my journal!)

Someone recently wrote in their journal "today is a new with new choices" and I think that's a great thing to remember when we have a less than perfect day :) I just wish I could remember who said that.

Take care and have a awesome day today!

Good evening wish buddies...or is it still afternoon their :confused3

Went on my shoping trip to Nottingham with dd, dsil & her two dd's (my nieces - one 11 yrs one 16 yrs). My oldest neice (16) had a liver transplant when she was 6, & this year she has been invited to the world transplant games in Bangkok :thumbsup2
so we are having a big fund raising party on Friday night to raise funds for the family to go out their & to celebrate her 10 year anniversary of surviving the transplant.
I bought dd an outfit for the party & myself some gym shorts. We had lunch at the Hardrock Cafe, i had chk pasta & 1 piece of garlic bread, washed down with a bottle of Magners Irish cider that cost $8!!! :scared1:
was nice though & it did hold a pint & half ;)

Was going to go to the gym but i was shattered when i got home & it was a bit late, & my feet were killing me...ok enough excuses!!

today Wednesday
b/fast - slice of toast with a bit of low sugar apricot jam
lunch - chk pasta, 1 1/2 pints of cider :rolleyes1
dinner - 3 crispbreads, yogurt

Hoping to get to gym tomorrow, but not sure if it will happen. TA phoned yesterday to let me know they are having a preview evening of their florida brochure with good discounts available on the day! Now i've booked with another TA but i'm tempted to price the holl up with them just to see if it would have been cheaper!!:rolleyes1
But i'm going with my parents in the hope of finding them a good deal so they can come out with us again next year:goodvibes
They really want to come, but because i have to go in school holls its very expensive for them, so keep everything crossed that they get a great deal!!

Off to watch another new episode of extreme makeover home edition
DH cries everytime ;)

Cam - yes i think i'm letting myself have a few too many treats thinking its ok i can work it off!!! Also think its cos i'm off work too! Trouble is i didnt lose when i was being good either!! Then again i only managed to be good for about a week & half :sad2:
Bekki - It could have been me!!! I'm good at giving advice but not at taking it!!
Tracy - thanks for sticking with me & keeing me positive :goodvibes

I love those kinds of things. I'm addicted to disney much (the Live365 channels and stuff) and I use YouTube when I'm really bummed. Nothing like a ride on Everist to make me smile LOL

Love Extreme homemakeover too :)

I forgot to mention, my sister just moved to London for school last week (I can't remember the name, but I think it's some sort of technical college--she's studying Fashion Design). Anyway, now I'm trying to figure out time difference and stuff too LOL!

Hope you're day's going well!

Sounds like you've had a rough time with food lately. Don't worry, once you are back to work and into your regular routine, you will get things back under control! Food is the most important part of the equation. I've found that when I really buckle down and eat the right foods (in the right amounts!) that the scale finally goes down. You'll get there!! :wizard:

I looked on Mapquest and I will be more than 200 miles away from you when I am there in May. Since I am completely terrified of driving in the UK, that leaves me stranded... That stinks, I was hoping to actually meet you in person! Maybe we can still work something out... :scratchin

Thursday
b/fast - toast
lunch - 4 low far crackers with cheese, yougurt, strawberries, 1/2 DD's easter egg :sad2:
dinnner - chk in red wine & mushrom sauce with salad & mini baked potatos,
evening - choc bar, big bag of crisps (chips) :sad2:

Main meals were pretty good its the snacking thats gotto stop!! It will when i'm back in my normal routine, but how am i gonna cope in the 6 week school holls :confused3 I've gotta get my head around this!

Didnt get to gym wednesday either, went to see TA with my parents but the deals were not as good as they said - infact they werent deals at all!!!!!
Parents are going to look into diy booking.

I feel horrible because i havnt exercised & ate rubbish, feel lazy, no energy etc, noted that TOM is due anytime so that could be another factor for the snacking! Going to get to the gym today :thumbsup2

lovinaz - where are you gonna be? shame its that far away:(
I know i need to buckle down food wise, its just a total lack of will power & self control & i hate myself for it!!

Bekki - I'm not near London, hope your sister is enjoying it :)

Hope to get to journals later :goodvibes

Tracey: Don't despair! We all go through these periods where we just cannot seem to get it all together. I agree with Amy M., when you get back into your regular routine, things will settle down and return to normal. Maybe you need to try a different food plan? Sometimes doing something new and different can be helpful. I still think overall you are doing okay. I mean you could be doing so much worse. But now in your new healthy life even small scale slip ups feel big. Just take a deep breath and start over. You can do this and you will!

I loved your link! I really hope your parents can find a good deal to WDW and go with you. I love Disney so much and know you do too and lets face it, its best when its shared with the ones you love.

That is so great about your niece. I hope the fundraiser goes well so they can go to Bangkok

HANG IN THERE!!!!

Sounds like your brain went on holiday even though you never left town:rotfl2: . It is ok though. School starts again on Monday and you will get back into your routine of workouts and eating right. You know what you need to do, you just need to get back on track. Do you have a mini goal you are working toward right now? Maybe that could help you stay on track. You can do it!!

Have a good weekend.

Oh Tracey, I always love reading about your fun loving nights! It sounds like Sunday was very good with food and you have been working out very consistently. I think you will get all the way back on track this week when your schedule is back to normal. I will keep your grandfather in my thoughts and prayers, I am sure he will do just great! Glad you have had some nice weather and I hope Gary gets over his viral thing soon.

Sorry I've been MIA, Tracey!

It sounds like you've had a good Holiday from School - fun, if not good for disciplined eating. You'll be back on track soon!

Hope Gary feels better real soon.

Your weather has been GREAT!! Is it unusual for this time of year? We actually has SNOW a couple of days ago!! WEIRD~!!!

Have a good week this week!
