Sharing the info for a wonderful tour guide we had after our cruise ended in Puerto Rico: Eve Nieves evetransportation@gmail.com.
I found a couple of positive recommendations on TripAdvisor - and they were right. She is an independent operator with all the required guide/taxi certifications. She is friendly, knowledgeable, a great driver and speaks excellent English. Her tour went above and beyond what I had requested.
