Too soon for bog fastpass?

Trying to make fp for lunch. I'm able to log on the link to make fp but every day I click on says there are none available. Am I trying too soon? We are there oct 20-29. Is the paper fp they are giving out for non resort guests affecting fp?

You have to book it 27 days from the day you want to eat lunch there or it will say no FPs available.
