Just wondering ... from those folks complaining about not getting any compensation ... did you ask? If you went to Guest Relations or asked for an Attractions manager and specifically ASKED for compensation for the downtime or the inconvenience and didn't get compensated, that's one thing. If you never asked, then that's another. Most of the people who helped you out of the ride and were dealing with the situation likely had no authority to provide compensation. Got stuck in Imagination my last trip and was in there quite a long time. They had to get Reedy Creek to rescue me since I use a power wheelchair. Fastpass or any other compensation. Yeah I wish.
