Today was my reservation day. It went terrible!

I kept getting error messages!
I couldn’t get Sci Fi at all, nothing showed up!
I got Topolinos breakfast for 7:45am way to early.
 
Ours was yesterday and similarly awful. About halfway through it also randomly just took one of our days away (in the middle of our resort stay too) and it still isn't back. I guess its good I already had our Chef Mickeys dinner snagged for that day and I'll just wait until its 60 to get Coral Reef lunch.

Disneys website and app both sucked. I'm sorry that happened to you as well!

Did you try the website, along with the app? I couldn't get anything from the app on my 60 day mark, but was able to have some success via the website.

This exactly. I couldn't get the app to work; I kept getting an error message. I had two 60-day windows because of a split stay and I had the same problem both times. I had great success using the website.
 

sorry to hear you had such issues. i had problems the other day when i did mine. website would not show me the dates of my trip, finally i switched to the app and got things going but ended up having to put my stored CC in several times (it randomly would not find it). very frustrating. just set up some reservations finders. i almost always end up with the places and times i want when using those.
 
Just know that ANY reservation finding service only NOTIFIES you - and everyone else who has that alert set - that it is available. It does NOT hold it for you - so anyone else with that search OR someone just randomly searching on their own can grab it before you get there.
 
The app messed me up so many times. Yesterday I finally found the Topolinos I wanted for today and it froze. Thankfully I stuck with it and got another one. Best thing to do is watch the last couple of days. Things were popping that whole time.

I've noticed the past couple days that both the app and the website have been acting up. I was on the computer refreshing for our trip in a couple weeks when a reservation that I wanted popped up, but it just kept loading after I tapped it. Thankfully my phone was nearby and I was able to snag the ADR on the mobile app. They've both been glitchy though.

We are also looking for Sci Fi, it's the last one we need, I've got notifications set on three different reservation finder services and I've been refreshing periodically. Not one hit. Hoping some people let theirs go a day or two before!

Also it doesn't search every second. I have the best luck when it's on my nightstand and I wake up to the alert at 1am and immediately try to reserve it.
