Oh man what happened! These last 5 months I feel like I've spun out of control with my eating! Since Halloween I feel like I'm eating anything that sits still. And boy what a sweet tooth I have.

My pants sure are showing the signs as well. I turn 40 this year and have a Disney trip planned in June and I need to get back in control!!!

I threw out the tub of frosting in the fridge but only after I ate the Reese's peanut butter heart from the store (king size do less) :rolleyes1

I have swim suits soming in the mail any day now and am dreading trying them on.

anyway I hope to get some support here. Seems to be several groups and contests going on..need to sift through and figure out the difference.

I see you've joined the BL challenge - welcome! It really is very motivating. I can say 100% for certain that I would've given up by now (started early Jan.) if not for everyone else's support! It's been a rougher couple months than normal for me, and sometimes my eating habits still stink, but thanks to my fellow Mickeys and Donalds, I am hanging in there, doing what I can, when I can. Still drinking my water and tracking my calories, even when they're off the charts...whereas on my own I would've just said 'screw it' and been back to my multi-soda, crazy sugar intake ways.

Well my first week was so awesome and had a 5 pound weight loss :banana::banana:

Then life stressors started again :goodvibes Last week 1 kid ws home sick w/ strep and then the 2nd got it so I was stuck home all week w/ sick kids, then AF hit and my will power was down anyway w/ 2 battling gruppy kids so I ate the cookies and the chips and dip that I bought "for them" as a treat while they were home sick. Got stuck meeting someone at a fast food place w/ my kids. I did not order but ended up eating 1 chicken strip and a bunch of fries of my kids plate - another bad mommy habit :laughing:

But I wrote it all down so that's good I guess. I'm doing so-so w/ the water and trying to drink more tea instead of soda.

The positives were that I did do my treadmill a bunch so I think I'm neutral as of today. I'm hoping to drop 1-2 pounds this week now that life seems back on track (for the moment :rotfl2:). kids are well and back in school so I can get caught up on the house work and errands etc.

I did have a 99.4 temp last night :scared1: so I went straight to bed. I wanted so desperately to get back to my workouts today. I feel well so far today so my goal is stay on track today and get my workout in tonight.

Got my tea made and meals/snacks planned. Yes this helps so much to come on here and read about others going through the same stuff!
