To late to use my 100 dvc points?

Hello, 1st time post, hope this is in the right area.
I am in the process of closing a resale with a fully loaded contract. My question is will it be possible to use the 100 points that are expiring giving that by the time it closes and transfers I may only have 45 days before they expire. Home resort is beach club but I don't mind staying at any dvc property or even moving hotels if I have to, or should I count the points as lost?

This time of year, you should have no problem using the points as long as you are flexible on travel dates and don't mind a split stay (even a different resort/room more than once).

I'm pretty optimistic you will be able to use most or all of your points. As an example (no guarantee of what it will look like when you're able to book), I just checked right now and I could book a one bedroom at SSR for a straight week, 6 weeks from today.

So you won't get a highly competitive resort or category...but I suspect you will get something!
