Well if we all are confessing tonight, I guess I should say that I too have never seen Xanadu, but I do love Olivia!
Well it's ok that it rained, after all you are out of town![]()
That's right. I forgot. Oh, and Walters asthma is doing well. Still coughing some, but the wheeze seems to be under control, and the congestion is much better. Hopefully as this singulair gets into his system more he will build up more of an immunity to fight this stuff off.

We needed to plant some in the back of our yard to eventually make a hedge and I've had my eye on dogwood cuz they have these pretty white/green leaves in summer, orange in fall and then in winter the bark turns this bright red color. So pretty against the snow.D&D, I would love to add stuff to our yard but we have to get rid of what the previous people put in first. They were just crazy about planting things. There's just way too much and unless you want to trim stuff every day, it's just too much.

I sure hope so. Must be so scary for him and for you.
My youngest got croop quite often as a baby and it scared me to death when he had that barking cough.
I have to share...
We got a great "Kitty" bargain this week. Red Twig Dogwood bushes were on sale 75% off at our local Menards store. Got these cute 3 ft bushes for $5 each.We needed to plant some in the back of our yard to eventually make a hedge and I've had my eye on dogwood cuz they have these pretty white/green leaves in summer, orange in fall and then in winter the bark turns this bright red color. So pretty against the snow.
LITC, sorry I missed you. I'm glad Walter is feeling better and that you seem to be in a better mood. I'm about to finalize our vacation plans so I'll email you about meeting up.

Good morning ladies! Thought I'd drop in before heading to church. Woke up with terrible allergies. Took something already, but need to get rid of this fullness/headache. Its just so difficult to do anything when your head hurts.
D...we won't be doing any sort of silly games at my shower. Just good food, good drinks, good friends! Congrats on the great bargain on the bushes! Its always great to get what you want as a wonderful price.
I guess I"m my own adjective! But I'm fine with it! I love being cheap and on a good bargain. Rumour has it that Target has its stuff 75% off this week if anyone is interested....I'm going to try to stop by in Kansas. They have different stuff there.
JO---welcome to your little ones! Gosh, they're so cute! Sorry to hear about Livvie being upset about the other cat, but you never know, she may show up again. One of mine likes to go on vacation once a year. He actually goes out on the deck and shimmies down the pole (the deck is 14 feet above ground). He usually returns a few days later, but then everyone has to have flea treatment, and everyone is pretty PO'd about it.
LITC---thanks for the info about Tusker House, now I"m totally wanting to go! Glad to hear that your days have gotten better and that Walter is starting to respond to his meds.
I lost one of my great-grandmother's earrings yesterday, and its totally my fault. It took them off before taking a shower and placed them on my desk. Totally forgot about it and then realized I had moved some papers around and probably knocked it off somewhere. But I haven't been able to find it. I have to pray to St. Jude and St. Anthony to help me find it. All I have from her is those earrings and a matching ring. I'm frantic. I know its here somewhere but until I find it, I'll be going crazy.
Morning!
MK, sorry about your great-grandmother's earring. Target has 75% off, huh? Might have to go take a trip over.
Sammi, the outdoor cat, has been back around since she ran out. She's just made no effort to come back in. But she loves the attention when she does come back to eat. She's still our cat but she just wants to be outside.
These little ones are a trip. Lilo is an instigator. She hides behind the tv and attacks the other ones' tails. Nor can her brother and sister sleep because she always wants to play. Things should be pretty interesting around here now.

That sounds like a great plan! And you got some great ressies! You'll have to let me know how Tusker House and Chef Mickey are. I'm tired just thinking of an entire day at the parks...but the boys will love it! I'm so excited for all of you!
Lighttech - your trip sounds so fun. We ate at Chef Mickey and it is one of our favorite. Especially for breakfast. If you get a real early ressie (7-7:30am) you can almost have the characters to yourself. We did. They even played out a mini skit for us.
DS12 (9 at the time) gave a kiss to Minnie when she came to our table. She signed to us not to tell Mickey cuz he would get jealous. So when Mickey came to our table DS8 (5 at the time) loudly proclaims to Mickey that Nick has been kissing Minnie. He pretented to get jealous and Goofy slapped his head with a napkin while Donald just laughed. It was so cute.
There was a big variety of food too. We thought it was very good. Kids especially liked the topping bar where they could eat gummybears for breakfast.

I'm searching for a great deal on a Joovy Ultralight Caboose (its a Sit n' Stand stroller) to use w/ the kids at Disney in March. I don't care if its used as long as its in reasonable condition. I'm keeping an eye on Ebay and Craigslist right now, but if anybody sees any great deals...
