How long is the TIW card valid for? 12 or 15 months?

Thirteen months. I purchased mine last year on 10/1/12 and it expires on 11/30/13.

Remainder of the current month plus 13 full months. Purchase it any time in December 2013 and it will expire January 31, 2015.

Another TIW card question. We bought one in Dec 2011 and got it at guest relations counter at park. It expired this Jan 31st. We want to get it again for our Dec trip but will be pressed for time the day we arrive. We take ME to AKV, check in and head to AK for FP+ resies and then back to AKL for 5:50 Boma ADR (which we need the TIW card for). We don't want to hit guest relations at AK as we assume there may be long lines from all the MB/FP+ issues. I'd like to buy it prior to our trip, over the phone. I can wait until Dec 1 so it will expire 1/31/15...but will it arrive by 12/20?

Edit: just found this on the TIW info sheet:

Annual / Seasonal Passholders may also purchase over the phone. Please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery when purchasing by phone.

Looks like I should do it on Monday. I don't mind losing a month as we do not have any plans to go back to WDW anyway.
