Do you tip for concierge/club level services? Just curious if some do or if this is all included in the extra you pay for these services in the cost of your room because you pick club level? Sorry----new to all this and also what about mousekeeping? How much do you tip IF they keep your room awesome while you stay? I'm assuming the concierge stuff is all included in with you paying the extra for club level-just wanted to double check. Thanks and sorry for all the questions? :) :)

No, this is not a tipped position and they are not supposed to accept tips.

While you don't tip the concierge staff, we still tipped mousekeeping every morning before we left for the day. It's customary to tip $1/per person staying in the room, per day. Hope this helped.

Technically, housekeeping is not a tipped position. Tipped positions include valet services, bell services and wait staff in restaurants.

I always tip housekeeping no matter where I stay. Whether it be a Motel 6 or the MGM in Vegas. I lived in Vegas for 3 years and some of the hotels there even provide you with envelopes specifically for tipping housekeeping. I think that they do deserve an extra couple of bucks, right?

I usually tip mousekeeping... except our stay last summer at FW... no tipping because I have never stayed in more deplorable conditions on DW property before, there was no housekeeping other than new towels everyday and barely made beds. It was bad when we got there and bad when we left. So I say it depends on how well they keep your room.

I agree...I always leave something regardless of where I am staying..I have never had horrible housekeeping, lucky so far I guess (hope I didn't just jinx myself for my upcoming trip to POR)!.

They can not accept tips but we did tip mousekeeping. I made the evelopes before I left and put one out every morning. A little tip I learned here and it was so nice not having to scrounge up money every day. I let my son decorate the envelopes with stickers. We left $5 per day (2 adults and 1 child in the room) I dont know if that made any differnece but we had the cutest little displays when we returned every day and towel animals 2 or 3 times. It was really neat. You also get the turndown service every night with little chocolates on the pillow. The kids loved this!!!!

It's not the most glamorous job, but if it wasn't for them, our rooms would be icky!!
