i bought a tink zip up sweatshirt last sept. with tax it was about $45, i just saw the same one on www.ourlaughingplacestore.com for $76!!!!!! has anyone bought one or priced them lately? thanks

I bought a Mickey sweatshirt with a hood at MK a couple of months ago and it was about $54.

I believe ourlaughingplace just buys their inventory from Disney at retail and then marks them up appropriately.

No, but I would like one (tink sweatshirt). I always shop through Disney Merchandise. It is directly from Disney, with no markups that I have ever noticed. The other site you mentioned, I have found, marks their products up -- way up! But that is how they make their money.

I would much prefer to call Disney Merchandising (DM) and get the same thing for a fraction of what other sites sell the same for. If you need to get ahold of DM, the number is 1-407-363-6200. Happy shopping!

The Laughing Place Store marks up their clothing a significant amount over the prices found in the Disney parks. The rest of their merchandise, however, is comparable to the park prices.

Disneyshopping.com has at least one Tink Sweatshirt on sale ($12.99 I think). Its purple and I love it. No zipper though!! I love Disney Merchandising also! They have helped me out SO many times!!

I also noticed how laughing place jacks up their prices. For example, t-shirts were around 50.00. That, in my opinion is way too much for a t shirt.

They have to jack up the prices. They go in the park and buy items at the same price anyone else does.
