This listing just furthers my poor opinion of the timeshare store. Not only is there the question of selling something the seller doesn't own yet, but if you read the details it says," ...points comming april 2004, can be borrowed now if needed...:" No you cant have the points in April and no, they cannot be borrowed now.

With the closing costs added on to all the grief this purchase is just asking for, I'd say buy fron Disney direct.
