Some kids are quite rough with the characters ~ and the parents just stand by and let it happen.

Also, if you look at Tigger's right arm just before he stumbles, he looks like he's grabbing the son's arm which has just started to move down.......undoing the zip maybe?

If that is the reason he punched the child then rightly so he should be dismissed. There is no way Disney can have anyone working with kids if he thinks that an adult can do this

I'm prepared to believe that as most of think it is an accident, that is how his bosses will see it.

Just watched the news and apparently tigger said the boy was pulling his zip and it was causing him problems to breath. It was not intent to hurt him, but to get him off.

Its just an excuse to claim. Its ridiculous.

How convenient he has hurt his neck and now wants to sue disney aye??? The one place people put on to claim back for accidents etc because it is hard to tell if a patient is lying. I hear and see this a lot in my profession. All of a sudden his neck hurt. Sounds like the dad has dollar signs in eyes and his attorney might of given him some advice? Sounds a little rehearsed to me.

I cant remember the link. Apparently a union spokeswoman said that he was holding onto the back of his costume and he was unable to breath. Have a look at the link a person put on here it moves you to the community boards in the USA they have added a news site. I watched the news on it and thats what the spokeswoman said.

Thanks. At least his union dues were not for nothing, as I couldn't imagine the CM speaking

My two cents ... (and I offer it as a teacher of 23 years ... I 've seen it all!)

It's pretty obvious to me that the kid is reaching behind Tigger to maybe unzip or unfasten the costume. You can see his reach and his VERY mischevious grin. Tigger then stops him by clamping down on his arm with his right arm and tries to reach around with his other arm to grab the offending arm. The "angelic victim" is not a very good actor when interviewed.
Obviously an accident brought on by a creepy kid ...
