:flower: Shauna: Hi!!! It's impossible to wear a bathing suit w/o being exposed...but I just feel so naked and kind of embarrassed because I can't wear tankinis/bikinis. But it goes away...I pass on the tankinis and bikinis because the chubalub might scare somebody!
:cheer2: Twinks!!! Hi!! Is this the week you're off? I seriously hope so! I'd love to learn the Thriller moves. My mom loves Thriller and our marching band played it.

Meals are planned:
L: tomato soup (one mug=2 points), baked potato with tuna (just a little bitty bit of tuna, and it was 1 point). 2 water sips after every bite. 3 16-ounce glasses of water drank
S: eaten-18 chips (4.5), salsa (0), might eat-6 crackers (2), 2 slices cheese (4) 1 16-oz glass of water drank
D: Hamburger Goulash and Noodles (6), Dilled Biscuit Ring (2), Fruit Bar (.5)

Exercise: 22 minutes playing tennis!!!! Fun...I ended up chasing the ball a lot, but when it gets right down to it, I can play like a thing possessed (aka moderately well). 20 minute walk to the library, 10 up and 10 back.

I better start packing for ALIVE (the Christian music festival), I leave Sunday at 6:00 am. (Duh...not Friday...that's when all my stuff has to be in!) I don't know actually when I leave...so if you don't hear from me after Friday you'll know where I am.

I love that "Move It" song! My kids were singing it for days after we saw the movie. I wonder if you can buy it as a download?

Who will be at the concert you are going to?? My favorite band right now is Casting Crowns -- LOVE their debut CD!!!!

Speaking of inspiration, I just started "Come Thirsty". And I am loving it!!!!!! I keep thinking that my relationship is more doing on my part than it should be. But it's not like that...all you have to do is drink! You can stand in the middle of a river but not quench your thirst unless you do something about it! I'm drinkin' from the W.E.L.L!

Breakfast: Fruit and Walnut Salad (2.5, sans yogurt), 1/2 a cinnamon roll (4), 1/2 of a 1% milk chug (1)= 7 points total
Lunch: Haven't had yet...library volunteering! It will probably be...food. I don't know.

Exercise: 10 minute walk to library. 1 hour movement for the Royal Readers (one section of the reading program). It was fun, the theme was dragons. There were stories, a craft (set up), and two dances, plus a relay. Fun fun fun!

News: I had to get a SHOT today. It was my last one of the HIB (Hepatitis B, lifelong prevention) and it hurt like a hurt does! And the worst part was: I got a plain Bandaid. They didn't even have any colored ones or even decorated ones. I was peeved! An-y-way! The real and actual news is that Grampa got moved to Heritage yesterday for his therapy. It's a real nice "old people facility" for lack of better terminology. I'm so happy!

Breakfast: PBJ toasties (2 slices one PB, one J, respectively!) [4], 4 ounces lowfat milk [1]= 5
Lunch: bologna sammie w/ ketchup and mustard (3), apple (1)=4

Water: 24 ounces gone!

Exercise: 5 minutes dancing with the Littlies at the program (Dragon Dance, and Magic Wand), 5 minutes beanbag exercise, 10 minute bike ride (5 minutes both ways). Looks rainy today! Poo.

Okay...here's where I get off. I'm going to have to abandon some of my principles (like no eating after 7 or no juice) due to ALIVE. But here is what I'm gonna do:

Just did 36 minutes of tennis. A few 'acquaintences' came over...glad to see them. One transferred schools before the last 3 weeks of school, the other...well, she's not the nicest of gals, but she has her moments.

The principal has resigned. That means Mr. K will be submitting his resume for principal. I hope he doesn't get it because I want K to stay with us!!!!! I mean, I don't want to be mean but I don't want him to advance without us. :sad: :sad: :sad:. Hugs please!

Good news, the awesomest news! My scale is a LIAR! Yay! It's three pounds heavier, so that means I weigh 182! Oh. My. Gosh!

Hello!

Exercise: 18 minute bike ride (10 minutes there, 8 minutes back) to library.

Water: 24 ounces going down as we speak.

Breakfast: 1 cup cereal (4), 2 slices bread and a little bit of butter (toaster went kaput, 2)
Lunch: Really salty chicken noodle soup. It was homemade. I guess about 3 points. I'm drinking water and lots of it to flush out the sodium!

My plans for today:
:teeth: Finish packing, what little more I can fit in my hulking suitcase. I'm bringing clothes (including pants and a sweatshirt), toiletries, towels, a bathing suit, 2 pairs of tennies, shower shoes, bug spray, sunscreen, batteries, and a plastic bag. In my 'fun bag' that I'm taking so I don't bug everybody on the huge drive I have: The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants, poncho, clipboard w/ paper and pictures, CDs, CD player, blanket x2 and stuffed animals.
:teeth: Clean my room. It looks like the closet spontaneously combusted and threw up clothes all over my domain.
