Hey y'all! I'm back, tan and feelin' better than ever!
Lesli: You can talk to Crush? Seriously? Awesome, dude! I'm sooo doing that! Thanks!
Tracy: Thanks!! 5_day abs are my favorite!! I know how you feel about wanting to be a Floridian in the winter months.
Twinks: Glad I'm not the only one. Good for you!!!!

You've come a long way. Who is Izzy? "izzy" cute (izzy a guy?) Enough with the puns. I was at Canal Fulton, OH for ALIVE Oh-Five (2005). Summer's bein' pretty awesome, thanks.
Amanda-Manda: Hi! Thank you.
Jules: I missed your departure? Snap! Oh well. I did have the most rockin' time, although I did get a sunburn. Ouchies. I did try to get a signature from Barlow Girl for Bekah, but they stopped signing. I tried. Our tent was decorated in a flamingo theme and one of the bands (benjaminPayne) stole our 'mingo!!!!! He did sign one of the remaining ones

. Thanks!
calena calena: Thanks, WISHsis!!!!! We're "sisters" and I didn't even know it. Is MKing back yet? I just got home. ALIVE is at this huge park. Lots of walking no matter where you go. And swimming, and volleyball, and Pit Stuff (jumping and dancing and acting like a fool!).
TOJ: Party time!!!!!!

Awesome, chica! I'm so proud of you!!!!!!!!! It "goed" really well, thanks! Huggies (and not the diapers) right back atcha!

Okay. These are my actual journals, no fudgin'! These are my honest opinions from that time. I've never written a trip report before, so don't expect much!
ALIVE State of the Union:
6/21/05, 2:48 pm Ohio time
B: 2 slices toast with jelly, Fruit and Walnut Salad (which I couldn't use my coupon for! Poo.) and a cinnamon roll.
L: 2 hot dogs with buns, macaroni and cheese (ETA: no measuring devices around).
Water: 16.9 ounces x5
Exercise: 20 minute swim, 6 minute walk
Down time here at Clay's Park/Canal Fulton. Sorry I didn't see y'all at 4:30...showering. Anyway, it was a three hour drive (not so much fun...plus a traffic jam!) I'm sitting in our camper while everyone else either gets a tour or plays volleyball. I elected for down time. Needed time to relax. All we did today was set up. Our tents look like they were used by flamingoes for a nest (that was our theme.). We also played a pulling game. I won once. It felt pretty cool. I'm sitting here in my "bunk" (a table with cushions over it!) because my head hurts. Pass the Advil please! I'll be back. P.S.-there are Portapotties and Portashowers, yucky!
10:52 pm
Just back from the evening concert: Family Force 5 (missed 1/2), House of Heroes (AWESOME!!!), 4th Avenue Jones (AWESOME!!!), Sarah Kelly (better on the CD) and John Reuben (hyped up motivational speaker). It felt like tonight was the big huge finale. It's not...it's not even the beginning!
45 minutes paddleboating, 22 minute walk to the hill (plus a potty break!).

6/22/05 1:36 pm
B: 3 pieces French toast (small), 3 small sausage links
L: two cheesey burgers
1 16.9 bottle water drank.
Exercise: 90 minutes swimming (no headache)
I'm so psyched about tonight's concert!!! It features Barlow Girl, Superchic(k), David Nasser-speaker FYI, Blindside and Audio Adrenaline (lovingly known as AudioA). We're staking out seats at 3:30.
Last night I had a HUGE gab fest w/ the girls! Lots and lots of fun.
I hate to think this, but I'm the odd one out of all our group. The "sisters" in the group each brought a friend (3 girls and one very cute SENIOR!!! boy named Adam who is awesome and is MINE!), a couple (a girl/a boy), and 5 guys with different belonging places. Very very immature...they were stepping on sparks from the campfire...duh.) That's our group only.
The Portashowers are WONDERFUL! Lots of good and hot water. Fun!
Here's my schedule:
8:00 am: wake up, 8:30: breakfast, 9:00 worship, 10:00: seminar for My Group, 11:00-1: free time, 1:00-done: lunch, done-3:00: free time, 3:00: tredge to the hill to save seats at the Ampatheater (sp?) with sweatshirt/money/flashlight, 4-10: evening concert, 10-back: go back, 11:30 Alive Cafe (late night and only if I want to).
They have a bunch of different food stands: McDonalds (real shocker, folks!), Chick-fil-A and other little places like D-Zertos. I wanted to try Maui Wowie Smoothies and Chick-fil-a. I even have a few fave bands: House of Heroes, AudioA, 4th Ave Jones, Toby Mac, Superchick and Barlow Girl (even though I have never ever seen most of them!).
Our campsite is close to the beach, far from the "armpit theatre" and right behind the nasty portapotties. 'Nuff said. The Potty Cleaners always come during breakfast and lunch. It stinks

.
The lake at the beack is cool. It has 3 waterslides, one just for littlies, a glider over the water, ringy things and lots of "yellow yachts" that we are never supposed to touch. Ever.
Today I feel differenter than usual. No clue why. I have to follow some of the older girls around...I do exactly what they do when they do it because I don't wanna be alone (plus Adam hangs with them!!!

) I just don't know what to do. I also got news that our band leader is principal now.

Waa!
I elected for quiet time today to write to you all. How nice am I? Also, I wonder how the Crimson Crush are doing...Crush em Crush! I also wanted freedom and space because I feel invisible .5 of the time and on show the other .5.
Good news! I haven't snacked at all! Full, full, full!
I guess this is goodbye...I'll be back. Don't you worry your losin' little heads!
