Words of wisdom from yesterday: Little kids should not crawl through a castle, as they will come back and try to play in it during storytime. I had to pull a few squirmy bodies off the cardboard castle during "Silly Sally".
 
1 PB and J sandwich, 24 ounces water, 3 maraschino cherries and 2 carrots (only counting 4)

Just keepin' myself accountable!

ETA: Recipe for my latest snack: "PB Apple Snax"

2 low carb tortillas (2)
1 TBSP PB (3, there are three 1/3s in a tablespoon<---correct me if I'm wrong)
1 apple, chopped (1)

Nuke the tortillas in the microwave until warm. Spead 1/2 the PB on each tortilla. Sprinkle apples over top. Enjoy.

6 pts left for dinner!

Water: 24 ounces more.

Exercise: 10 minutes learning how to put up a tent.
 
D: 6 points left. Tango Chicken Sandwich (7), Berry Lemon Cheesecake (5), 2 chicken quesadilla pieces (1 each, 2 total), 1 chipful of Spinach Artichoke Dip (2) 10 points over. 6 APs used from the Bank of Saving APs, and 4 flex. Not too bad. 3 16-oz glasses water

Water: 1 glass (8 ounces), exercise: 12 minute walk (6 there, 6 back) to library. I'm shooting for more though!

Well, there are some journals that a person should never get behind on. :rolleyes1 Glad that I have finally caught up with you. :banana:

You have been doing an AWESOME job sticking with your plan while I have been away. Look at all the progress that you have made since you began. Your attitude is cheerier everyday, you can do some great cheerleader moves, you look better swimming (or sunning), you can talk yourself out of eating the taboo foods, and of course the lbs are leaving as well. Great job! You should be proud of yourself. :cheer2:

Sorry to hear about the band director wanting to move on. The great thing is that he has inspired you guys and has made you realize that you can accomplish anything you want if you want it bad enough. Maybe he can make some really positive changes for the school as principal. It's much better to see him achieve his goals and still be around for moral support.

Glad to hear that your gramps is on the mend. Prayers are coming your way that he heals quickly. :grouphug:

I hope he does get it. I was (and am kind of still) in the "putting it in such a negative light" that I didn't think of what he COULD do for us.

Thanks for the hugs and prayers. He's still kind of loopy a little bit, but I think it's the medicine. Our family went on a walk of Heritage (the place where he is) and we took him outside. Beautiful!

I went to see The Longest Yard today. I know now why I don't watch reality shows: I get too involved. There I was literally gasping at the screen, screaming "No!!! You can't DO that! Can you?" etc. No food consumed. One 24-ounce bottle of water drank.

Lunch: 1 Ham and Cheese Lean Pocket (4), strawberries (1 for 1 ounce)
Dinner: 2 rolls (2), salad (1 for dressing), baked potato soup (3), 9 ounces of lean steak (4.5), baked potato with butter (2), one bite of yuck-aroni and cheese (.5) from Lone Star. Plus about 4 glasses of water.

~23 points in total used today!! Yay!~

Very little exercise done. Oh well. I think I'll more than make up for it at ALIVE!

Hello all!

I did about 8 minutes of the Firm 5-Day Abs. I'm making myself exercise when all I really wanna be doing is going places (like Alive or WDW). So unlike me. Oh well.
 
Lunch: i ate at Stevi B's Pizza (a specialty pizza buffet) I had to try one of everything, so I think I did pretty well.

Here goes: 3 waters, 2 salads w/ drizzle of ranch each (2), 1 slice macaroni and cheese pizza (3), 1 slice taco pizza (3), 1 slice sausage/pepperoni (4), 1 breadstick (1), 10 pieces cooked penne w/ pizza sauce (2)

15 points!!!!!!!!!!!! Holy cow!

Snack: 15 baked bite size Tostitos (3) and salsa. 1 water.

Exercise: 30 minutes plant shopping. (4 APS earned...90's in Ohio!)

Dinner: Tortellini Carbonara (5)

Now here goes my nose dive you guys. I'm going to back off points for awhile. I'll control portion sizes and eat healthily.

Sounds like you are doing well.

You know, you can talk to Crush at the Living Seas in Epcot. DD7 talked to him 2 times (even I got a chance). It was really cool.
