I sent an online reservation for a van to Tiffany just over a week ago for pickup next Sunday, May 8. I did get an automated confirmation e-mail back from them. Is that all there is to it? Is there anything else I need to do to verify that they will be there waiting for us?
 
Being an obsessive planner, I used the 800 number and confirmed by phone in addition to the auto email.

Thanks, Penny! I may do that also. Would like to have communication with a "real" person to make sure everything is set.
 

Call to confirm-but I would also email and get them to confirm your price in writing! Unless they've changed-no where on our original confirmation was the price confirmed.
