I have three 1-day Magic Kingdom tickets that I have not used. Can I combine them to upgrade to one 5-day hopper? TIA
 
No. You can only put one ticket at a time toward an upgrade.
 
Besides that (Even if you could) you would lose more money then just upgrading those 3..
