Ticket question

On our last trip (2012-free dining) we paid for my parents room and base tickets. They didn't need/use the tickets so I still have them, well one of them. Dad's ticket is MIA. I want to use them next week if possible.

Can the Disney folks find dad's ticket if I have mom's? And how difficult is this process? I will be on my own with the littles.

If these tickets were bought as part of a WDW Resort Package,
it should be pretty easy for them.

Take the remaining ticket to any guest relations.
(Also, have a legal photo ID for yourself.)

Excellent, thanks! They were part of a package. Will I need to prove I originally bought them? Our rooms were linked/connected but they have my parent's names on them, and my last name is different.

If you were all on a resort package, all of that info will be in your "permanent record" at Disney.

They even have in the computer everything about some trips that I made with my niece and nephew when they were 6 and 9 years old...
and now, my niece and nephew have kids of their own that age and older.

Thank you so much!! I was so worried I would have to buy a new ticket. So glad I have a permanent record
