Ticket linking question

My dad bought park hoppers for my sister and himself through the Disney website. I was able to link his ticket to my MDE by email inviting him. However, I can't figure how to link my sister's. It says the ticket number is attached to an account--my dad's? What can I do to get hers linked as well?

1. It says the ticket number is attached to an account--my dad's?

2. What can I do to get hers linked as well?

1. If he bought the ticket and he had an MDE account at the time, then yes, it should be linked to his account.

2. He can make sure that her ticket shows up in his account.
Then, you can invite her to join you and she can accept.
