Tibetan prayer flags in Animal Kingdom

Is there anywhere to purchase the animal-themed Tibetan prayer flags that decorate various areas of Animal Kingdom? I looked in many of the shops at AK when we were there last month and didn't see any, but I could easily have missed something...at least, I hope I did!

I have a feeling they're just AK decorations and not available to purchase, however, I thought I'd give it a try and ask here.

I also looked for more authentic items while at AK but unfortunately I didn't find any either.

I have no clue, but was wondering if they might have them at the AKL gift shop? Probably not, but just a thought.

Yup! They sell them at the shop at the end of Everest. They're much smaller than the ones they actually use in the parks, though.

That's great to hear! I've never been to Animal Kingdom but I'll be going there soon. I have a set of Tibetan prayer flags but would love to get the animal ones that the first person talked about.

Crystal: I was in the shop at EE and didn't see these. Maybe they were sold out when I was there. When you say "much smaller" do you mean they're like doll-house-sized? or, say, 5" x 5" instead of the full size? Thanks for any info you can give me.

LuckyMommyx2: I already have the Dharma Shop on my bookmarks--they have a terrific selection, including blank flags. I was thinking of getting them and decorating them myself--either with the Disney AK designs or with something else.
