Hey everyone!! I just skimmed thru, and I know everyone is concerned about the "lost history" kind of deal.

When a thread is locked, can you still edit posts?

If so, M&N (w/ the honor of the last post) could edit hers and add a link to this thread so that anyone who happened upon it could join us over here.

Also, MagiKitty, now that you are a linking expert, you could edit and post a link to the locked thread in your first post on this thread so anyone who wanted to join us and was new could go back to the old thread to do some catch up reading. I'd be happy to send you the link if you wanted so that you just have to cut and paste!

Just suggestions though... I'm just happy everyone is here and I found you guys (I couldn't have missed you if I tried!!! Thanks again for all the PMs, emails, etc... )

Too cool. I think that's when I really started to "bond" w/ the babies. My little guy won't hold still!!! He's not even "out" yet and he's exhausting me! I suppose it means he's healthy though, so I'm not complaining. I'm not sure if this little guy started earlier than his brother, or if I'm just more in tune this time around after experiencing it once. I know what you mean about not being sure too... But, I'll bet that's what it was, and it'll get more frequent in the next few days and then you'll know for sure!

isn't it so great that magikitty started the original TK thread and then started this one too?! i know we all wanted it that way, but i'm glad it just worked out that way, too!

yaaayyy! a beautiful day! we have a lot of last minute running around to do today. tonight is my kids' birthday party, they're soooo excited. but we have to get some stuff done too. gymnastics first then errands. then somehow clean the house (thankfully the party is not here), before heading out to the place at 5:30. we're having it this year at one of those places that has all the inflatable play stuff, kind of like pump it up. i don't know if any of you have heard of that place, but you get the idea.

soooo i may not be able to get on here until tomorrow morning, or late tonight.

Happy B-day to your kids. Are they twins or just have b-days close to each other? I have heard of Pump it Up. My son went to a party there 2 months ago. Very nice.

Love the jumping smiley. I can't imagine even WANTING to bounce in this "condition." Although, I am bummed that I'll be out of commision on most rides for our annual Hershey Park trip this summer. DS is finally big enough to ride one or two of the big kid rides and I'll have to sit it out. Luckily, I plan on going back a lot, and they'll be plenty of other family members there who would love to take him on as many times as he wants!

I am having a GREAT day! It started out when I stepped on the scale this morning. Down 4.2 since last week! WHY am I losing so fast???? (NOT complaining, just wondering!) So I am now at my lowest since, hmm, 15 years ago? Yup, 1993. I am below my lowest "post bypass" weight by 2 pounds. My doctor is gonna be thrilled.

I went to the gym and did 50 minutes on the elliptical and it felt SOOOO good! Now I'm just home and relaxing-gotta get some work done on the computer this afternoon, and then Mom's Taxi Service kicks in about 3:00.

So I am now at my lowest since, hmm, 15 years ago? Yup, 1993. I am below my lowest "post bypass" weight by 2 pounds. My doctor is gonna be thrilled.

of course I'm still up. It's the only quiet time I get.

It must be a day for tv troubles. DH woke my up at 5am to tell me the tv won't turn on. 5am!!! You all know I'm pretty much a night owl and most likely not a morning person. You would think after being together for 13 years, he would know this by now. Wake me if there's an emergency, the kids are sick but I really don't care if the tv isn't working. Oh, and how did I fix it? I unplugged it and plugged it back in. Fixed, perfect and it only took me 5 seconds.


I also emailed Bopsmom and lighttech to make sure they find us. Can't leave anyone behind.

Good morning friends! Its so good to see that in large part we've managed to find each other. Just a few more to check in, and no more need to worry.


The sun has managed to come out today, its supposed to be the nicest day of the week before the rain comes in for the weekend.


Somehow, all this craziness with closing the thread happened at the most inopportune time for me. This week is crazy. And I'm still a bit miffed that they just closed it without notice. What if we were all tech-silly and had no idea how to link, PM, mass email? We would just be lost to each other!

Good Evening Everyone!

I never got the chance to post last night. I had a PTO meeting the ran long due to elections and NO, I am not on the board as a Pres., VP, Tres., or Sec. Been there; done that for 3 out of the 5 years I have been involved with the PTO. We have a big fundraiser coming up on June 7th that I am the chairperson for and that is plenty enough work for me.

I meant to post this morning but I spent that time get ready to go with my DS10 on a field trip with his 4th grade class to Fort #4 in Charlestown, NH. It is some musty old Fort (LOL! I almost said fart! ) that shows how life was lived during the 1700s. A couple of the tour guides were really great at connecting with the kids on their level and having a good time with them. The others were BOOORRRRIIINNNGGG!!

Wow, our new home!!!! Smells like fresh paint. . Thanks for the PM's. I know I have not been around much lately, I have been exhausted after work and have not even been getting online!!! So not like me.

Beaker update: Today we gave him 1 week to show marked improvement. I don't think he understood the seriousness of it since he didn't even take any notes and just kinda gave that same blank stare. The HR lady was in shock at his total lack of concern. I just don't get this guy. I actually would be willing to help him more if he showed an ounce of care.

Right after that we interview two people (we were honest with the interviews) just in case.

We Interviewed a fellow Disser today ...OMG she would be perfect!! I so wish we had interviewed her first. My boss absolutely adored her! We talked about Disney World a lot ha ha.


Okay, enough about my job. I am going to go catch up now.

Magsden- You felt the baby move!!!!!! How exciting for you. I remember after both pregnancies I missed feeling them move around. It is so amazing.
