Thoughts On Our Contract in ROFR

Our contract is in ROFR right now. We are on day 20. We bought a 160 point contract to Saratoga Springs for $80 per point. We already are DVC members at Saratoga!! Just decided we needed more points!! Do you think it will pass ROFR or be taken?

Disney uses some type of criteria that only they know. Price, size, UY, waitlists are all part of it but there is probably more. It's all about the numbers and profit for Disney.

They blindfold a monkey, put him on a trampoline, and have him throw darts at contacts to determine which ones they take back. The monkey seems to have more darts these days, but your odds are still somewhere in the 98%+ range that it will pass.

Less than about 10% of contracts are taken, most often even half that number .
