Pick the 2 meal plan.There is a shipping charge for orders under $40.The price will be $19.80 including shipping.
Place your order. There is an option to edit your order but that doesn't show up until after you have placed your order.
Go to your account and edit your food choices if you want. There you will see an option to add smoothies or fruit to your order. Pick one and add it. Hit change the order and the price will now be $19.70. The shipping charge has been removed. Pause your account if you don't want it to continue after the first order. Be sure to activate the 20% cash back offer which will appear at the top of the page when you click on the offer. 2500 points will post immediately. The 396 cash back points will appear in your shop and earn account the next day but will not be paid for a month.

This is my experience
* Now I don't know if I will get the 396 for shopping credit because I don't use the swagbutton, so I never saw that part of the deal.

But, I did sign up, they give you the 30 off and another 10 dollar credit, it's not really the shipping coming off like the post on slickdeals says. I added the fruit to my order and since it is $4.95 per serving $9.90 total, it used the $10 credit towards the order.

I got the 2,500 instantly so even if I don't get the 396 that's still a profit on this deal plus I get two meals for two and two servings of fruit!

Mostly I was wondering how to pull them up on my phone. It always let me load them onto the target mobile website and now the page that I've always used seems to have disappeared?

Hmmm...I'm not sure. I know on my iPhone I click on my name down at the right corner, then it brings up another page and then you can click on my gift cards and add them there. Hope you can find it.
