DH has cooked pumpkin soup and is heating up some bread.

Fran has started to do the dishes again like she used to in the beginning. I can't imagine what it would be like if she actually cooked a dinner!

Fingers crossed for you.... Now I must admit, that I like my kitchen like I like it... when David is in there cooking things end up somewhere else and it really bothers me, so I just soon he stayed out...

Fingers crossed for you.... Now I must admit, that I like my kitchen like I like it... when David is in there cooking things end up somewhere else and it really bothers me, so I just soon he stayed out...

No, I'm like that too! It irks me when she cooks, but I have to realize it means she is getting better. Also she insists on putting stuff in the dishwasher in a manner not consistent with how I like to do it. I told her I won't unload it if she keeps loading it her way!

David has finally learned that so now he loads and unloads....

The shelter sent a couple of new pics of the puppy today, it will be interesting to see how she turns out, my guess is she's half border collie half some kind of terrier. Her mom is full border collie, but they don't know what the father was.

I've been having fun. Sick all Sunday...so feel free to stop reading if you don't want details

Woke up Sunday with a headache so had late breakfast then back to bed with meds. Headache kept getting worse...full blown migraine. Started burning up. Cold sweats...then I threw up.

Back to bed. But being 'fairly' cool I instinctually put a sheet over me which heated me up more...then back to the bathroom

Tried Ondansetron wafers (which dissolve so are for when you can't even keep water down) but even two doses didn't work

Was throwing up every hour all night (which given all I'd had was some cereal was down to just stomach acid ) until mum thought of Phenergen. We only had oral but it stayed down and finally I started to feel better.....throwing up wise...and got some sleep.
If that hadn't worked it was off to hospital

Head is still funky but being able to eat now (having not had anything for 24hrs) and drinking again and having meds temp is coming down...and head is calming...

So tired so back to bed for a while then to the doctor.
