Us too, we were both worried while we were away.
Yeah, it wasn't what I would have wanted to come back to, but better to have been there for it. And at this point I basically don't have a voice. Hope I can kick it pretty quick.
TY for the happy thoughts
Sending lots of P&PD her way
YW!
Work is keeping me busy for sure, I'm looking forward to something NOT blowing up there! We have been able to fix everything that has come at us, but we've done so many upgrades and made so many changes that the water are just too muddy. Frustrating but we had to bite the bullet and get some fresh eyes on it.
I hadn't said anything about my MiL until we got back and had her back home. It acually gets more complicated, but I'll go into that on the TR.
The ankle thing gets even better! As some of you may know, my nephew moved back to Santa Rosa just before Christmas. We had been trying to get his stuff back to him for months. We had his brother and mom-in-law here while we were gone and apparently they were supposed to take his stuff down with them when they left but they forgot. We weren't told, otherwise we would have made sure it happened.
Now we have to get it all shipped (bro-in-law is paying for it at least). I helped load multiple boxes into our van for Roxy to take to her work. She can have stuff shipped out via UPS from there. Roxy was unloading the boxes at shipping and receiving with the help of one of the shop guys and he foot got caught on an uneven surface while trying to carry a box. BING! Sprained ankle!
I think it has rained, poured, and we're just treading water.
Yes, very true. Better to be back when things really blow up. We did have one server physically start smoking - fried motherboard. One of my admins sent me a pic of it. Luckily we have a spare chassis so he was able to just switch out the hard drives and bring the server back up
As far as the update, I should be able to get some Harry Potter stuff up today
Mucho P&PD coming your way Cheri!!!!!
Missed this by one week! The tent they had set up had zero figures in it - drat! Very cool figures and just one more reason to go back
Leah! So good to hear from you

I'm glad they are at least controlling your pain, but I hope they can get things figured out soon. It is a real bummer when the doctors have conflicting diagnoses. Hang in there!
And you have to do what is right to keep Baby J healthy. I have been volunteering for MaW and working with the families has made me very aware of all the precautions that have to be taken to keep a wee one healthy in such circumstances. The important thing is that there is love in the home for them
Hope you can get past this and be back home with your wee ones
