Leah!! I am thrilled to see you!! How are you feeling!!

Yes, WDW!! Next year should be a long year, I am planning the trip for November.

I knew that hearing about Baby J would be a good thing!

Oh Chele That's AWESOME!!! You'll never regret it!!! And Yes STAY ON SITE!!!!

Hi again. Thanks for all the well wishes and prayers. Pain is getting better. Of course I am on some major pain meds!;)
As of now I am NPO possibly start clear liquids tonight or in the a.m. and get to have a colonoscopy Fri. now! Yuck! I really want them to find the problem and fix it. I have one doctor saying there is an abcess One saying no because the white blood cell count is fine. One saying a twist in the colon and 1 saying no and the other saying lets clean her out and see.
Fixing to have to go as they are coming back in to INVADE me again!!! :scared1:

About baby J. As hard as it is not to accept visitors and believe me I know it's hard. I am a people person. It is worth it. I had to do it with Braeton for a very long time. Then when family or someone would come over even if he wasn't getting held by them EVERYONE washed their hands with soap and water and then used germex later. Also if anyone smokes that's coming over you can ask them not to smoke before they come and wear clean clothes. Or they can ask for the hospital gowns from the NICU. The hospital sent them home for us.

O.k. everything is getting blurry. I'm off for now
Good night. Be back later or in a bit. Who knows:confused3

Leah, we are praying for you and the boys. I hope they get together and figure out what they are going to do and what is wrong. We love you.:grouphug:

Oh Chele That's AWESOME!!! You'll never regret it!!! And Yes STAY ON SITE!!!!

I won't do it any other way!!

I am glad to hear the MIL is better and at home.

Wow, that could have been real bad at work. Thankfully it waited until you got home. Too bad about the cold. Hopefully its the last of the season.

I hope you feel better have a good day.

Us too, we were both worried while we were away.

Yeah, it wasn't what I would have wanted to come back to, but better to have been there for it. And at this point I basically don't have a voice. Hope I can kick it pretty quick.

TY for the happy thoughts :)

I got a message from Leah overnight. She has colitis with a twist in her colon with a possible abscess. They were going to give her another scan and a colonoscopy. They have her on some major pain medicines and she is pretty scared.

I sent her all of our love and told her that we are all praying.

Sending lots of P&PD her way

Thanks Mike :goodvibes

Yikes! Sounds like work has been carazy!!! Sorry things are so rough there right now. Ugh! I hope the "hired gun" and new a/c units fix the problems and they do not repeat. Really sounds like a PITA. I'm surprised they had to call in someone. I thought you were the genius there :goodvibes

I had no idea your MIL was in the hospital. I'm glad she is home now though. Can't wait to read your TR. Sorry to hear you caught a cold from the flight home. And Roxy's ankles. Geesh, when it rains it pours. Things can only look up from here, right?

YW!

Work is keeping me busy for sure, I'm looking forward to something NOT blowing up there! We have been able to fix everything that has come at us, but we've done so many upgrades and made so many changes that the water are just too muddy. Frustrating but we had to bite the bullet and get some fresh eyes on it.

I hadn't said anything about my MiL until we got back and had her back home. It acually gets more complicated, but I'll go into that on the TR.

The ankle thing gets even better! As some of you may know, my nephew moved back to Santa Rosa just before Christmas. We had been trying to get his stuff back to him for months. We had his brother and mom-in-law here while we were gone and apparently they were supposed to take his stuff down with them when they left but they forgot. We weren't told, otherwise we would have made sure it happened.

Now we have to get it all shipped (bro-in-law is paying for it at least). I helped load multiple boxes into our van for Roxy to take to her work. She can have stuff shipped out via UPS from there. Roxy was unloading the boxes at shipping and receiving with the help of one of the shop guys and he foot got caught on an uneven surface while trying to carry a box. BING! Sprained ankle! :headache:

I think it has rained, poured, and we're just treading water.

oh wow...what a mess

Glad that all waited until you got home and were not called about it on your trip

I started to read your update this morning, but had to go to work

going over now to read :thumbsup2

Yes, very true. Better to be back when things really blow up. We did have one server physically start smoking - fried motherboard. One of my admins sent me a pic of it. Luckily we have a spare chassis so he was able to just switch out the hard drives and bring the server back up :thumbsup2

As far as the update, I should be able to get some Harry Potter stuff up today :woohoo:

I know there is a lot going on around here, and Leah is sick. But I hope y'all can make some room in your prayers for me...

I finally started my IVF cycle this Monday. I am taking an enormous amount of meds. Today I had my first check...and there will be many more to come...ending with the actual procedure in about a week and a half (so the last weekend in April). The actual date will depend on how my body continues to respond to the meds. So far, it's really iffy. I'm nervous because I was hoping to see something a little different today. But it IS still early.

Mucho P&PD coming your way Cheri!!!!!

Missed this by one week! The tent they had set up had zero figures in it - drat! Very cool figures and just one more reason to go back

Leah! So good to hear from you :goodvibes I'm glad they are at least controlling your pain, but I hope they can get things figured out soon. It is a real bummer when the doctors have conflicting diagnoses. Hang in there!

And you have to do what is right to keep Baby J healthy. I have been volunteering for MaW and working with the families has made me very aware of all the precautions that have to be taken to keep a wee one healthy in such circumstances. The important thing is that there is love in the home for them

Hope you can get past this and be back home with your wee ones

Very cool! :thumbsup2 Can't wait to see them in PERSON in ONE month! :cool1:

LEAH~ Don't worry about the colonoscopy. I just had one last month and it was not a big deal at all. They knock you out pretty good so you don't remember a thing! (Whew, right?!) The worst part was the nasty drink the day before... you might not even have to do that if you are on clear liquids already. GET BETTER SOON!!!

Hi to the rest of y'all! :goodvibes

Hi there girlie!! Your trip is getting so close!!

Chele....Like the Donald in siggie :thumbsup2

Thank you Andrea made it!!

So Kelly if you were going to go to WDW for possibly the only time you were going to go which resort would you stay at?

LEAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! How are you???
Hanging in there. Now the majority consensus is severe acute colitis. with an abcess in the colon. They have me on some strong antibiotics to take care of that. They will do another scan on Monday. If abcess is down then they will do the colonoscopy. Then they will go from there. They just did an ultrasound to rule out gallstones which the tech isn't allowed to say anything official so she said. Well I cleared up one thing so now they can focus on everything else. So basically gallbladder is fine. Said I could be in here for another week at least. :headache: On the positive side. The nurses have all been great and my family has come in and taking turns with the boys. My brother in law is bringing them camping this weekend and everybody is spoiling them so they are having a great vacation and don't realize how sick I am! I do miss them very much though. I'm still in a lot of pain and at times am out of my head. :sick:These pain meds are strong and now Thank God they are giving me phenergren so I'm not so nauseated but I get really tipsy! I am not used to pain meds!!

Hi to the rest of y'all! :goodvibes
They don't put me out anymore. I have to be partially awake to move in certain directions. And since I had the bowel sectional It really hurts when they get to where they cut part of it out and put it together. But that's o.k. I have had more colonoscopys than I care to remember but I don't think you can ever get used to that!!:sad2::laughing:
But maybe i could take my pain meds and the phenergren right before it and I would be in lala land.:thumbsup2:rotfl2:
Or maybe they will knock me out this time :scratchin:
Hope this makes sense. I'm a wee bit loopy!:rolleyes1

Oh Leah, I am praying you get to go home sooner than that. Much love and I am thinking about you.

Oh thanks Chele. Once they can get the abscess down and the colitis under control then they can focus on the chronic long term stuff. As long as they find it and fix it I will deal with it. I just miss my kiddos!

I understand missing the kids. I have been there, I felt like I was a lifetime away.

Now the antibiotic needs to work its magic and then we can move on.

wow....server was actually smoking..that be cool to see

Poor Roxy and her ankle

Sounds like you had lots to deal with

Hope things are calming down for you now :goodvibes

Cool to look at but very stinky.

Yeah, we hope things will calm down now. Roxy has a brace that she can put over her sock and still wear her shoe, so hopefully it will stay good and stable and heal up quick.

Sounds like things are moving forward - at least they are being able to do the process of elimination thing. I hope they are able to knock you out, I know I wouldn't want to be awake for something like that. Hang in there! :goodvibes

I have my Universal pics all edited, might get the next day of the TR posted before I hit the sack. :thumbsup2

I think that we have decided on our resort for our trip. I really like the Caribbean Beach Resort, but stay tuned this could change at any point.

That is very nice resort

I have not stayed there since 94 I think

Only 1 word of warning for you....very spread out, so a lot of walking

Did you look at Port Orleans Riverside or French Quarter.

Not trying to change your mind, just don't want you being shocked
