They Don't Eat Hash Browns in Princessland - May 14 COMPLETE! 2/8 pg. 73

I got way, way behind again, but all caught up now!

First time I remember seeing a report about a meal upstairs in Wolfgang Puck - looks nice!

Yay, you met Dug! Love him!

Mmmmm, No Way Jose! It's been too long since I've had one of those, but LOVE them!

Congrats on your Galactic Hero status! I had no idea there was a button - I should have gotten one this last trip - I managed to max out with a toddler riding next to me!

I can't believe it took you so long to get to the MK on this trip. Too bad the Mine Train was being a tease, though.

It's a great restaurant, I highly recommend it. One of the best meals we had on the trip.

Dug was awesome! I love him!

They do have a button! If you go up to the PP area, they have them pre-made and ready to go.

I couldn't believe it either! It was mainly because the first few days were Epcot based because of Flower and Garden.

MMMM Beaches and Cream is such a great and simple meal. Who can go wrong with burgers and ice cream? :thumbsup2

YAY for meandering around MK that night. I too heard the trains in early May and made a bee line to look too. :rotfl2:

It really is. And the fact that they take reservations now is a plus.

Hahaha, so stupid right? We're there so often, and then something new is there and we're all like "where?!"

Mmmm, peanut butter and chocolate, I'm totally convinced that came straight from someone in heaven, just to give us a taste of things to come. :cloud9:
I still haven't been to Beaches and Cream, maybe Tyler and I will go there next trip. :goodvibes I'll have to ask him if he wants to go there.

it is some amazing business. You need to get over there ASAP. You won't regret it.

I'm so glad PapaDon's leg was feeling better, I'm shocked to hear it felt better that quickly, yeaaay for his leg. :)

Your dress is too adorable. I think that's one I was showing Mackie when we were in Hot Topic at one point, that one and the lanterns scene on Tangled when they are in the boat facing each other. :lovestruc The top is all black and then the skirt portion of the dress is the scene, you should look into that one, it would be soooo cute on you.

Here it is!

http://www.hottopic.com/hottopic/Girls/Dresses/Disney+Tangled+Boat+Dress-10162686.jsp

I loooove this one too!!

http://www.hottopic.com/hottopic/Gi...ce+In+Wonderland+Tea+Party+Dress-10162676.jsp

I could totally see you in that last one. :yay:

I totally have both of those dresses! There are two fundamental problems with them currently though.

I order them a size bigger than I wear, and they're still too small on top! So, I am on a mission to make them fit.

The other problem is fixable. I'm so tall, that they're really not a dress on me, so I have to wear them with leggings. Much like the Alice dress I was wearing in the update.

There's also a Peter Pan one that I love. I might have to go in there and try it on. See if I can squeeze into it.

It's nice you and PapaDon got a chance to spend some daughter/father time together and poo-poo to the mean old CM, what was her stinkin problem any way?!? I've never understood someone who doesn't like to deal with people, then go into a job that is all about pleasing and being good to the customer!! :confused3 WTHeck?!?

Their sizes run really small, which is a frustration. Some of their items fit perfectly, and then others are like "really? That's not the size...."

I'm going to say that it was nearing the end of her shift and she was ready to go home. Which is not acceptable by any means, but that's how she was behaving.

When they are being like that I tell them....."I don't appreciate your non-Disney attitude and would your manager think you were being the Disney CM they expect you should be?" Usually does the trick. I'm also good at going to the closest manager and letting them know that the CM so-and-so is not being very Disney like in their handling of customers, I'm sure to compliment where I can but I'm also one to report it when they aren't doing what they should, especially when it's pretty blatant and outright not called for.

That's exactly what they should be told! I mean, their jobs aren't that hard, I'm sorry. I worked at a theme park for six years, and I wish I could have worked there forever. Sadly, it doesn't pay the bills. Just don't be a jackwagon.

This happened on one of our first few days in WDW during our last trip.. It happened in DHS at Starring Rolls, it was lunch time and since there aren't very many places I like to go to eat in DHS, Mackie and I decided to go there to share one of those mile high sandwiches and a cupcake. Well, it's a CS meal so it comes with a drink and dessert or a salad or something like that. When I asked the young lady behind the counter for the sandwiches she snapped at me and said they didn't have any sandwiches it was still breakfast. She had a heavy accent and seemed very irritated that she had to even speak to me let alone wait on me, I thought maybe she was having a tough time with the language barrier and thought she was having a rough day of it.
I then, with a more no nonsense (not ugly but confident)and not as much of a sing-song voice as I'd normally have and asked if it was their lunch hour and since the sign said they would be serving sandwiches at that time, when did she think they might be ready so I could come back then?
She snapped pretty quickly at me and said they didn't have any, like I was too stupid to understand her the first time.
The CM next to her was pretty shocked by her attitude and tried to smooth things over and speak to the girl, but that girl was not having any of it and started cursing me in another language. I was pretty shocked myself by this girls blatant disregard for another human being, let alone her lack of wanting to be helpful. It's always a shock when someone working there acts this way, it always takes me aback when it happens. Almost like someone slaps you out of no where.
So, I went up to the lady who was ringing people out and asked her what time the sandwiches would be coming out and she looked at me like I was growing a second head as I spoke, she said they should have already been out and why didn't I have one already, I proceeded to tell her about me trying to get one and how the young lady's attitude turned sour with me asking, and how very un-Disney she was being toward me when I asked about it again.
I also told her how I thought she had no business working at Disney with such a rude way of dealing with people.
Well! This woman was not having any of it! She started barking orders and would you know it, low and behold the rude girl had sandwiches out from behind that curtain in the back in two shakes! The lady at the register kept apologizing and calling me honey or sweetie, you know like a Mama or Grandma would do and told me to pick out some extra things to eat. She was so sweet. I told her I didn't mind paying for the items and she said absolutely not, to get what I wanted. :lovestruc

Now that's Disney customer service! Not that I expect anything for free, or that they should give me anything, but falling all over yourself to please someone is what I've come to love about Disney and expect when I'm there.
But I also expect it from myself, I'm just as fall all over myself pleasant to the CM when I'm around them, and I try to be as wonderful as I expect them to be, no one should be facing the rude world that they've left behind while we are in Disney. :sad2: Not even the CM.
No way Jose, we should be getting the best customer service because that's how Disney planned it to be from the start, and frankly because we spend a boat load of money when we're there. ::yes:: :thumbsup2 I meant that to be funny, not to sound like a spoiled brat.

Sorry to ramble. :upsidedow

Great update, mate! :goodvibes

Oooff, that's horrible! I haven't had anything near that bad at Disney, and sometimes I think I wander around with rose colored glasses a little, so a lot of stuff that could irritate me just rolls off my back. That's just crazy though. I would have been steaming. I'm so nice normally in any situation, always say thank you and please, and when people don't give you common courtesy, it's frustrating. It's the world we live in today.

When you first started talking about the Beach Club lobby, I thought for sure I had guessed wrong about Cape May. But I never thought about Beaches and Cream. Is that even a real restaurant. ;)

I've noticed that most Dad;s have a soft spot for their daughters. :)
My husband agreed to ride it once. That will be it for the rest of his life. I wouldn't mind going through the line again just to see all the stuff in there. But the ride itself was very lame.

Because of you I actually walked into a Hot Topic store. I was curious to see what was in there after seeing all those cute shirts in your trip report. There was the cutest Olaf shirt in there. The Disney stuff was cute, but what I really liked was that there was Dr Who all over the place. :lovestruc

Um, yes it's a real restaurant! ;) Hahahaha.

They do have a soft spot for their daughters. But my Pop is like me too. We don't care what we're doing, we're in Disney. Even if it's lame.

Hot Topic is a mecca for pop culture items. It's pretty awesome.

Love your outfit!

Mmm your dessert looks awesome!

What a good Pop for going on Little Mermaid with you! OMG those Mad Tea Party pictures are amazing :rotfl:

Ew to the crabby Buzz lady! Your picture is awesome, of course you want it!

Such a nice evening with your Dad at MK :goodvibes

Absolutely LOVED this mega-update! Dinner at Beaches and Cream - yum! That ice cream looks just too good. An evening at Magic Kingdom with Popadon? Wonderful! Looks like you guys just had one heck of a blast. Even though you had to deal with a rude CM. Still sounds like a wonderful night!

Love the huge update!!! And LOVE your Alice outfit! :)

I'm hoping to try that peanut butter/chocolate piece of Heaven soon - It looks AMAZING!!!

I love leisurely times at MK... there's so much to soak in, no matter how many times you go! And great pics of Popadon on the tea cups... I can't ride those :crazy2: but if I could, I'd definitely want fast passes to ride with him! :)

Time for a trip in the Way-Back Machine- I have read through several more updates

Bummer about your broken toe :(

It seems like with all the advances in medical science that the doctors should be able to do something to help with that. But they can't.

I know.

My husband has had 4 broken toes.

:headache:

But on to happier things-

like EPIC DIS meets with Mary Ellen and Cynthia, and Alicia, Landon and Alex, and Star Wars Weekend and Jelly Rolls! I haven't been to Jelly Rolls but it looks like a super-fun place to go with a group of friends.

Nice swag too- that coin purse is such a thoughtful gift!

Incredible cupcake!

Loved your interaction with the CM at Darth's Mall.

Good for you for going for a jog while on vacation. That is such a pretty course.

Your F&G Photopass pictures are so cute!

I love Sunshine Seasons, but have never done breakfast there.

This will forever go down in history for me as the most memorable Soarin' experience ever. I'm not trying to laugh at the kiddo, but it was absolutely hysterical. If you can make my nephew Gavin look like the bravest kid in the world....

You might be a pansy.

That is hilarious!

:lmao:

Twinning!

We totally wore the same top. Unplanned. How awesome is that?

Two funny!

:rotfl2::rotfl2:

Holy update, Batman! :thumbsup2 LOVED IT ALL!

That No Way Jose... I'm tempted to lick my screen. YUMMMM!

YEAHHHH for becoming a Galactic Hero! You rock!

Um, I totally want to ride Teacups with Popadon! I just - that series of pics - EPIC.

And boo to the crabby CM. I'm glad you got your button though - you earned it!!!

:welcome:

I'm very glad that you're here and caught up now! :thumbsup2 We definitely are a great team. I love traveling with them, and I'm pretty sure they like traveling with me.

Hahaha, a Popadon thread!

She totally looks zoned out! She looked all crazy in that picture, it just cracked me up.

Egg rolls are a perfect little meal. So yummy.

Mom was having a totally serious talk with Russell. Like, they were connecting.

Thanks Roni, I totally did survive camping!

We were having a great time, I'm so glad we decided to meet them.

We also love to travel with you. Always have a great time together. :thumbsup2:woohoo:

Girl, when you update, you really update!

Now, I took notes so I hopefully don't forget anything.

The Beach Club is beautiful but, unfortunately, we had a disappointing stay there. I do hope you get it for May.

I LOVE Beaches & Cream and, like you, so glad they are taking ADR's now (we have one in just a couple of weeks).

The staring contest between mom and Popadon...priceless.

We've never done the No Way Jose or Kitchen Sink as we know we wouldn't put a dent in it. And, like you, I prefer B&C over Ghiradelli's.

Yay for going to the MK for the first time in six days! Six days? I don't know if I could wait that long.

The Daughter/Dad Memory Maker pictures are terrific (even if Popadon is pointing at you).

I love this:

Between Popadon and Mark and their antics and you and Mark with the hats, we might all get thrown out of the parks! :lmao::lmao::lmao:

Beautiful castle pictures.

Nice job Popadon on giving up the Man card to ride Mermaid with your daughter.

I seriously fell off my chair as I was scrolling through the pictures of your Dad on the Mad Tea Party (luckily, I did not hurt myself...just my pride). Seriously, he is #1 in my book.

What's with the crabby CM? Why wouldn't you want your picture and your button?

Nice job Popadon on high fiving the guys on the People Mover.

Okay, I don't think I forgot anything.

OMG! :rotfl:

That update was priceless - from the onion rings (oh yes you DID) to the Spin on the tea cups (I'll totally take a FP for that in February) to the Peoplemover High Five! Loved it all! :thumbsup2

You can seriously get a button when you are a galatic hero? Really? I totally want one. Now I will never get that score again! But I want one. What's up with the super crabby CM? :confused3

You and your pop had such a great evening in the MK! Does your mom seriously know all the fun she missed? :confused3

Love your top, too!

Love me a No Way Jose, when we went to Beaches and Cream for the first time, we didn't know how big the ice-creams were and we each ordered our own. :confused3 yeah... so we all barely made a dent in them, minus my husband, I think he finished his.

What an absolutely awesome Father Daughter Night in MK. ick for the super crabby CM, and :thumbsup2:thumbsup2 for hitting the high score on Buzz. Your Dad high fiving, is so cool.
Can't wait to read the rest of the adventures :goodvibes

We haven't been to Beaches & Cream in ages, the sundae looks yummy!

Awesome castle pictures!

Great pics, love the teacup sequence!!

How do you feel about Memory Maker? We're taking an extended family trip in March and I definitely want to get it for that trip, but Joe thinks that we should try it for our upcoming October trip but we need to act fast if we want to get the $50 discount...

I'm just not sure if it's worth it for this trip especially as one of the four of our party (my mom) does NOT like being in pics....

I'm with you on the No Way Jose. Best. Evah. :thumbsup2

This my friends is what you would get if you were on the teacups with Popadon. I'm issuing fastpasses for this into next year already, so if you'd like a ride with him, let me know.
:rotfl2::rotfl:

Thanks! That's one of my favorite dresses. Although I'm so tall it never looks like a dress. :rotfl:

That dessert is awesome! I would highly recommend it to anyone.

He is a good Pop. He'll pretty much do anything that I would want to do. We had such a good time on the Mad Tea Party, I don't know why we don't go on it more often.

I know! She was such a crabby pants, I don't know what her deal was.

Thanks! I just wanted to get the day finished. I'm trying to wrap up this TR or at least be close to finished with it before going on my next trip in November.

Dinner was awesome, and I'm a huge fan of their food and desserts. I'm craving it right now. LOL.

We had a great time.

Thanks! It's one of my favorite Alice articles of clothing.

Ohhhhhh, you have to try it, it's so good! I highly recommend it to anyone.

I just love the wandering around component of going to WDW. I enjoy my trips so much more when I get the chance to do that.

Time for a trip in the Way-Back Machine- I have read through several more updates

Bummer about your broken toe :(

That's okay! I've totally caught up on TR's way back too. It's why I'm a lover of chapter links. :thumbsup2

Yeah, the broken toe was a bummer. Thankfully it healed quickly, but it was still a four week annoyance.

It seems like with all the advances in medical science that the doctors should be able to do something to help with that. But they can't.

I know.

My husband has had 4 broken toes.

:headache:

But on to happier things-

Oh man, 4 broken toes! I mean, they can happen so easily, I can totally see it. I'm so hyper vigilant when I walk around my kitchen now, it's actually humorous.

like EPIC DIS meets with Mary Ellen and Cynthia, and Alicia, Landon and Alex, and Star Wars Weekend and Jelly Rolls! I haven't been to Jelly Rolls but it looks like a super-fun place to go with a group of friends.

Nice swag too- that coin purse is such a thoughtful gift!

That day was just jam packed with DIS meets, it was awesome! That day will go down in history for me as one of my favorite Disney days ever.

The coin purse from Mary Ellen was so thoughtful. She was so sweet to think of me with it.

Incredible cupcake!

Loved your interaction with the CM at Darth's Mall.

Good for you for going for a jog while on vacation. That is such a pretty course.

Your F&G Photopass pictures are so cute!

I love Sunshine Seasons, but have never done breakfast there.

That is hilarious!

:lmao:

The CM at Darth's Mall was awesome. He is one of my favorite CM interactions I've had.

We love breakfast at Sunshine Seasons. It's our go to breakfast place in Epcot for something quick and good variety.

Hahaha, I totally do not exaggerate that my nephew Gavin is a pansy times a million. If he likes something and you don't. You got issues. :rotfl:

Two funny!

:rotfl2::rotfl2:

It was so funny that we were all matchy matchy! I cracked up when I saw her.

Holy update, Batman! :thumbsup2 LOVED IT ALL!

That No Way Jose... I'm tempted to lick my screen. YUMMMM!

YEAHHHH for becoming a Galactic Hero! You rock!

I know right?!

I was tempted to lick my screen when I was doing the update too. I would so love to have one right now.

Thanks! It's always my goal to be a galactic hero. If I don't get it, I'm doing something wrong. :lmao:

Um, I totally want to ride Teacups with Popadon! I just - that series of pics - EPIC.

And boo to the crabby CM. I'm glad you got your button though - you earned it!!!

I couldn't stop laughing the entire time on the ride with him. I mean, the man totally knows how to play it.

I earned that button dangit, I wasn't going to leave without it! :rotfl:

We also love to travel with you. Always have a great time together. :thumbsup2:woohoo:

We sure do, right?

Girl, when you update, you really update!

That's what happens when I get told that I'm slow. :rolleyes1 :rotfl2:

Now, I took notes so I hopefully don't forget anything.

The Beach Club is beautiful but, unfortunately, we had a disappointing stay there. I do hope you get it for May.

I totally wouldn't blame you if you did forget something. I updated a lot.

I actually haven't stayed at the Beach Club in over 10 years. It's been a mystical creature of a place that I just have not been able to get a room in every time we've tried! And the one time I did get the room, I had to cancel the trip the day we were leaving (medical emergency)!

I'm glad they are too, because in the past we would either get there for the first lunch sitting, or a completely random time of day.

Mom is an expert at staring. I can't even do it with her, because I laugh uncontrollably.

I could eat a No Way Jose by myself. I'm not going to lie. Now whether or not I SHOULD.......

It's a shareable dessert, two people can definitely eat it. I agree, I mean, I like Ghirardelli a lot. I just prefer B&C.

Yay for going to the MK for the first time in six days! Six days? I don't know if I could wait that long.

The Daughter/Dad Memory Maker pictures are terrific (even if Popadon is pointing at you).

The trip was so long, and the end of the trip we had a lot of MK time planned, and with the 24 hour day, so it worked out. We had so much to do with SWW and F&G, that I don't think we even noticed we hadn't been there until that point.

When I saw the PP picture of him pointing at me, I went "really?!" Just typical.

I love this:

Between Popadon and Mark and their antics and you and Mark with the hats, we might all get thrown out of the parks! :lmao::lmao::lmao:

I'm going to say that it would definitely be a possibility that we would get thrown out of the park. And you know what? That's okay, because we would be having fun along the way. :rotfl2:

Beautiful castle pictures.

Nice job Popadon on giving up the Man card to ride Mermaid with your daughter.

I seriously fell off my chair as I was scrolling through the pictures of your Dad on the Mad Tea Party (luckily, I did not hurt myself...just my pride). Seriously, he is #1 in my book.

What's with the crabby CM? Why wouldn't you want your picture and your button?

Nice job Popadon on high fiving the guys on the People Mover.

Okay, I don't think I forgot anything.

He was so sweet giving up his man card for me. That's fatherly love. :rotfl2:

Did you expect any less of him on the teacups? Of course, he's a ham, so he plays it up.

Right? Why wouldn't I want my picture and my button? Crazy lady.

I couldn't believe he high-fived the guys! It was pretty hysterical.

OMG!

Oh yes I did with the onion rings! :rotfl2:

FP for February all set and ready to go. Front of the line access. :thumbsup2 :rotfl2:

You can totally get a button for being galactic hero! And you know how I found out about it? My Mom got one in July 2013! And I had the same reaction. "Wait...there are BUTTONS?!"

Well, she's going to read the update at some point, so I think she'll realize the fun she missed. :lmao:

Love me a No Way Jose, when we went to Beaches and Cream for the first time, we didn't know how big the ice-creams were and we each ordered our own. :confused3 yeah... so we all barely made a dent in them, minus my husband, I think he finished his.

Can't wait to read the rest of the adventures :goodvibes

I've totally done that before too. I live in this land though where half of the no way jose isn't quite enough, but a whole one is way too much! Ugh, I hate that!

It was a great night, minus the crabby CM, but it gives me something to talk about in my update, right?

We haven't been to Beaches & Cream in ages, the sundae looks yummy!

Awesome castle pictures!

It's so good! Go back soon!

The teacup sequence was one of my favorite things that happened on the trip.

We like Memory Maker, but it comes with expectations for me. Like, every time I see a PP photographer, we have to stop. That's the only way that it will be worth it. We got well over 300 pictures on this trip, so it was worth it for us. I do love the fact that you get the ride photos. And I love magic shots.

I'm with you on the No Way Jose. Best. Evah. :thumbsup2

:rotfl2::rotfl:

So so so so good! Ugh, I want one now.

Day 7 - Wednesday May 21, 2014

Even though Pop and I had just been at the Magic Kingdom the night before, we had a Magic Kingdom to visit this morning! And it only took like 7 days for us to get there together!

Since it was a Magic Kingdom day and I was feeling festive and magical, I figured this would be a good day to wear my Ariel and Ursula leggings.

Leg one.

Leg two.

Now, a word to people on many of the Disney leggings. They are very sheer. My solution for these during the cooler months is that I layer a pair of opaque black tights underneath them. However, it was summer and summer in Florida and that just would not work for me. So instead, I found a pair of black shorties that I wore underneath.

Tricks of the trade for anyone who's curious. :rotfl2:

Today, my makeup was inspired by Mary Poppin's Jolly Holliday dress.

We did not eat any breakfast in the room because I was hankering for a big old cinnamon roll from Gaston's Tavern! I had heard that Casey's served breakfast during peak season, so I figured we would roll by there for Pop on the way to Fantasyland.

We weren't in the mood to contend with the parking at the Magic Kingdom so we opted to take the bus on this fine morning.

Even though I don't look it, I was excited!

Missy (Missyrose) had posted on FB that she was having breakfast at the Crystal Palace that morning. She was solo still, until Franklin arrived on Friday. I texted her and let her know that we were heading to the Magic Kingdom at that moment, and we agreed to meet up with each other briefly.

We made it to the Magic Kingdom pretty quickly and soon we were walking through the gates. I didn't take any pictures going in, mainly because I wanted to make sure we made it to meet up with Missy. Didn't want to be late you know. We agreed to meet in front of the Starbucks/Main Street Bakery.

I spotted her and we hugged our hello's. This isn't the first time that Missy will show up in our TR, and if you've read hers, we would have already gotten to our first meet and greet. And if you aren't reading hers, you should be. Missy and Franklin are amazing people and Franklin takes incredible pictures.

All You Need is The Force, Trust and Pixie Dust! A May 2014 TR

Our first meeting was brief, but she is so sweet, and I'm so glad we got to hang out more on our trip. We'll get to that in future updates.

We also stopped to get some PP pictures on the way.

We had a breakfast to get to, so we parted ways at this point and started heading down Main Street.

And then the most surreal thing that has ever happened to me....happened to me.

Suddenly, someone came running up behind me and grabbed my shoulder. I turned around to see who it was, and it was someone that I didn't recognize.

She immediately started to tell me that I was Dani, and that was Popadon, and that was Mom! She began to tell me how much she loved reading my Trip Reports, and that when she saw me walking down Main Street, she knew that she just had to say hi! It was so crazy! I didn't take a picture of us together, totally not thinking. In my head, I wasn't sure how she'd feel being posted on my TR, and in my addled brain I didn't think to ask! She was so sweet, and told me that she totally felt like she had a brush with celebrity.

So thank you crepemyrtle (Carla) for totally making me feel famous for like 2 seconds.

This is how a cool person would have played it off.

(as a Packer fan, I am allowed to post this)

But let's be real here. This was really me in that moment.

We parted ways after that, because Carla said she didn't want to hold us up from our day. And lo and behold, we run into Scoop Sanderson on the way towards Casey's.

Which they were NOT serving breakfast that day. Scoop asked where we were heading, and we told him. He said to swing by Sleepy Hollow Refreshments, and just to get a Funnel Cake for breakfast, because it's amazing for breakfast. Pop said that wouldn't work too well for him. Scoop said it would totally be worth it.

Of course, I had to get a picture of his fabulous self with the P's.

Pop said that he was fine, and that if they had the pork shank available at Gaston's Tavern, he would have that for breakfast. The man likes his meat!

We made our way over there, Pop walking a little slow behind us due to his leg still hurting a little bit.

Let's take a moment out of our day to look at this beautiful bit of cinnamon roll.

Aaaaaaahhhhh, it was perfection. I mean, that's a whole lot of sugar to start the day, but you know. What could go wrong?

Yeah, I'm not gonna lie, I totally downed my entire cinnamon roll all by myself. And I am not ashamed of that one bit.

What I am mildly ashamed of is that we had a not so magical moment on our trip at this point.

While we were sitting there eating, Pop was lamenting about the fact that he was clearly slow, and that he couldn't keep up, and that he was getting old. Now, my Pop is one of my favorite people in the world. But one thing that my Pop is at times is dramatic. It runs in my family on the male side. So he was being dramatic at this point and it was coming out to play.

He had nagging leg pain for a while that apparently had still be bothering him, and he hadn't said anything about it. So I chewed him out a little bit. I told him that he waits too long to get something looked at. I knew when he had hurt his leg. It was before he had dropped the bike. The bike had caused him to hurt it even more. And it continued to bother him. But he didn't go to get it looked at to see if it was anything more.

So he got mad at me. And Mom got mad at me. It wasn't pretty.

However, we made up pretty quickly. I told them that the only reason I get so frustrated is because I love them too much, and I don't want them to put something off when it has to do with their health. I just wished he had gotten it looked at.

He told me that if it didn't get better, he would make sure to get it looked at. We aren't the kind of people to stay mad in Disney.

We stayed in the Fantasyland area, because we deemed this to be "Mine Train Stalking Day". There was a rumored soft opening that day, and dangit I was going to be there.

Not before hitting up the Tangled Toilets though.

Spoiler alert for you guys. It didn't open.

So we figured, what better way to stay in the area to stalk a soft open than to ride It's a Small World. Don't judge.
