LOL! I didn't spot it when I took the picture, but I noticed it when I was transfering photos to the computer and I laughed out loud. Anyone else see what I'm talking about?

Where did it come from and why is it on the beach?

The more I look at it, the funnier it gets. Creepy, the way it is just standing there. I'm not sure what it's wearing. A full costume? Regular clothes?

And at first glance, I wasn't sure if it was t.c.i.t.h. that was the mystery in your photo because he appears to be talking to a little girl who is standing right on the beach in the photo!

It took me a minute to figure out what "ge&h" stands for!

The strange thing was that there was nothing else in the vicinity to indicate a special event might be going on. There were no other characters, balloons, banners, or anything that looked like a party or special gathering. Just a Cat-In-The-Cat down by the shore.

The kayaks were in an area designated for boat/water vehicle launchings, so nothing strange about that.
