The first entry in the Yuck Factor! Here we display any bad Disney Restaurant experiences, a restaurant that was just simply bad, bad service or any other "Yucky" experience you've ever had at Disney food area.

And our first Yuck entry is...

Epcot's Nine Dragons Restaurant, located in Japan!

My first trip to Nine Dragons will be my LAST. For one, the service and cooking was so slow that I could've stopped by Magic Kingdom, went on a couple of rides and still be back in time for the appetizers. When the time came that we got our food, it wasn't great and was slightly burned. I personaly never want to go there again.

Have any bad Disney food experiences? Post!

My main Yuk was at DLP, at Cafe Mickey, the food and service was slow, but the crowning glory were the mice that were running across the floor. When I brought it up with the manangent in a typically French manner they did not care, simply tried to tell me it was becuse there were horses for the Wild West Show not far away and they run in when the doors are left open and the attitide was that it wass normal, and they knew it was happening. However, when I see more than one running from the kitchen then I have to question the hygine standards.

For the record, Nine Dragons is in China.

The only bad dining experience we've had was at Yakatori House in Japan. DW had some kind of Noodles & I can't remember what I had, but we both left vowing to never go back. The restaurant was dirty & the food was bad.

Other than that, we've enjoyed our dining at WDW.

I will never eat at 1900 Park fare again. The food was awful, the service was terrable and it took Cinderella forever to get around to everyone! Glad I have boys (went there when we took my niece) so I will never have to try this place again.

The Big River Cafe at the boardwalk has been the Yuck factor for us.

Maya Grill was a big waste of 3 hours for us.

Maya Grill was a big waste of 3 hours for us.

Wow, 3 hours!

Columbia Harbour house, I love the food, but always no organization there. Takes long time to get food, usually there is either something we didn't order or something missing from our tray. And to clean tables I have yet to see someone get a fresh wash rag or rinse out the rag. Often don't even see them spray anything on the table, just keep using same rag on several tables.

The 3 hours didn't even include the travel time.

The Big River Grill and Brewing Works on the Boardwalk was disappointing at the least. I wouldn't go back if my meal was free.

Biggest YUCK for us was Rose & Crown Pub in Epcot. The worst meal we've ever had on property times 10 and we all left HUNGRY looking for something palatable.:crazy2: There were other places we didn't care for but this one won the "YUCK" award from us.

I should add that we did this place becuase we wanted the CP package. So the bill was $130 for my hubby and my 6 yo son and I. It was insane and made me exceptionally crabby, I could have gotten so much for that money. And really, you can stand behind the seating area and watch the CP or there are places to just sit down nearby to listen anyway so I really didn't feel that I *needed* a seat in there for that really. I know people loved the CP but it wasn't worth the bad meal and price to be guarantees the seats for us. I guess we're just not big choir people. Live and learn.

I had delicious Nine Dragons Chinese food in 2003

my only not so great meal was Coral Reef, but that was 1999...

I would give everything another chance at this point

Whispering canyon in August , coming in close was Sci Fi same trip.

The ONLY bad meal we've had at WDW was at LeCellier - we have no plans to return anytime soon.

I would have to say that CRT last year for dinner was the worst. It was all inedible.. we ate maybe 25% of it all and then we all suffered severe gastic distress after. Thankfully it was during free dining because if I had paid for it I would have been a mean little woman. Even DD says she does not.. never ever.. want to go back.
I also had a bad experiance at 50s PT several years ago with my lovely ex. Both he and his sister had a chicken sandwich and both spent the night in the ER with severe vomiting and ... ahem.. other problems  . They ruled out food poisoning but it had to have been something with the food. They were the only ones affected and only they had chicken. It took years for me to go back and after I divorced and obtained sick pleasure from the memory of him craddling a trash can did I go back .:rolleyes1 No bad experiences since then.

My family and I got servere food poisoning at Alfredo's in Italy this past September, of all places. I know everyone raves about it but all of us got sooo sick that it ruined the rest of our vacation

Garden Grill in the land. Food was cold, weirdly textured, and we couldn't ever find our server. The only good thing about the meal was the characters- all of whom we'd met at other character meals.

Close second was Hollywood and Vine buffet at dinner. Just... no.
