The Yuck Factor

I was there in May 07 and the worst restaurants were Planet Hollywood, Boma9sorry people but I just don't see what is good about it and the zebra domes yuck!!) and Hollywood and Vine. I'd say the worst was Planet Hollywood though if I had to pick one!

We had a waitress at The Whispering Canyon that did NOTHING! We had waitresses at The Outback that had more personality then the one that waited on us. She was soooooo mundane. We watched other families get embarrassed by their loud funny waitresses.

I even TRIED to help her. I asked for more napkins ... she brought me thre more cloth napkins and placed them on the table. I downed 3 Cokes to try and get the BIG glass ... she just kept filling it up.

Its too bad because I think our 4 year old would have gotten a kick out of a more "in charecter" waitress.

I did let the manager know on the way out how unsatidfied we were with the waitress. The manager apologized and asked how the food was. I told her the food was fine but I wish I hadnt wasted a table service on this because it wasnt "the experince" we were hoping for at all. The waitress did NOTHING.
I still cant believe we had the only waitress in the whoooooooole place that was just "blah".

The mangager was SOOOO nice and credited our DDP TS back to us!
