Conrad: "The flightpack, wingpack, whatever to want to call it, can, you know, let me fly and it's high tech and stuff but there's no weapons in them or artificial intelligences or anything like that."

Hope: She laughed and kissed him.

Conrad: "I don't know, they're pretty heavy and I wouldn't want you to hurt yourself."

Evelyn: "That's okay, I just wanted to see your reaction. I'm a curious person."

Jay: He laughed too, and after the kiss randomly picked her up and spun her like a princess.

 

[Fairywings]

Nancy: she started setting plates. "The wings sound fun. Where did you go to school before?" she asked Conrad.

Hope: She giggled. Man, did she love Jay.

Evelyn: She nodded and counted cooking.

Jay: He laughed and put her down. "There you go Princess Hope Banner. Or in the future... Princess Hope Barton!" He was looking around the room, opening cabinets. They had everything, markers, crayons, scrap-booking paper, yarn, clay, watercolors. I wonder how many artists we have in the manor? I'm definitely not, unless you count my killer stick figures.", he chuckled.

Raven: She drew her coat closer to her as she walked. She still didn't know why she was doing this, only that she felt like she had to. She walked until she found Luke. Immediately she raised her hands to be level with her head, as if someone was pointing a weapon at her. "It's me, it's Raven. The real deal, no one in disguise. I can prove it if you want, but I just wanted to inform you that I was alive, even though I'm technically suppose to be dead. That's all."

Luke: His eyes widened. He'd been skulking around, wondering if it were really true she had been dead. He began to talk but found himself stammering. "You're-but-why-?" Then he managed to form a sentence. "I-I'm glad you're...you know...alive." He was bad at this, he realized. But he hadn't exactly been expecting it.

OOC: Sorry I was off, softball game then went out for dinner

Luke: His eyes widened. He'd been skulking around, wondering if it were really true she had been dead. He began to talk but found himself stammering. "You're-but-why-?" Then he managed to form a sentence. "I-I'm glad you're...you know...alive." He was bad at this, he realized. But he hadn't exactly been expecting it.

Raven: She took the why as to mean how/why she survived. "Hydra. They tried to kill me. Took a bullet to my stomach, two bullets to my chest and a fourth to my shoulder. Plus a bomb means I'll never see out of my eye again," she added, bringing a hand to gingerly touch her eye. "Of course, I don't know why I'm here telling you this, doesn't make much sense to me either, but....it's not exactly fair to leave you in the dark. But I'm probably bothering you, so I'll be off. Thanks for not attacking me, listening, I don't know what." She turned to leave.

Mike: "Good. You're better off waiting for the right girl, better for your heart, trust me, you and your heart will thank me later. Besides, you'll find the right girl someday. It'll just - Bam! - hit you. Like lightning."

Conrad: "No. Have some friends that are girls, but haven't been interested in any of them. Just no one I really like. I think Mike's finally starting to rub off on me."

Mike: "Good. You're better off waiting for the right girl, better for your heart, trust me, you and your heart will thank me later. Besides, you'll find the right girl someday. It'll just - Bam! - hit you. Like lightning."

Evelyn: She was grinning ear to ear. Sure, she and Mike weren't super gooey like her brother and Hope, but it was more special. Evelyn felt their moments were real. They didn't go off like a broken record, but it was surprise moments that were genuine and worth so, so much. Mike and her were real, and it was nice that way. She walked over to be by her man and took his hand. "Yes, it's good to have Mike rub off on you." Evelyn looked up into his pretty blue eyes and then back to Con. "He's the best. Wise, genuine, loyal, and brave. Listen to him."

Luke: "Y-you don't have to leave yet." His face turned pink. "I mean, if you don't want to." Then he frowned in concern. "You got shot?"

Raven: "Yeah. But well, I'm not dead so...I guess I'll be all right." She shrugged and shoved her hands in her pockets. "I mean, I'm no longer pretty, but I mean, I'm not dead, so that should be enough, right?"
