WEDNESDAY US SPOILER!!!

Adam comes to see Victor. He mentions Dr. Gates was at Sage’s memorial and that Victor orchestrated what she said. Adam has discovered that Dr. Gates’ father is head of the judicial board and she can help free Victor. He wants Victor to admit he is staging a jail break. Victor tells Adam to keep that theory to himself and use it to his advantage. Victor asks him why he keeps coming to see him when he claims to be done with NE. Victor says Adam has taken a step down working with Chelsea. He knows Adam is keeping his options open because Nick is grieving and Vicky is failing. Victor says the position is open and there for the taking. When is Adam going to make his move? Adam refuses to stab his siblings in the back. Victor says he would have been at the memorial but his family prevented him doing so by their betrayal. Adam says Victor did something despicable. Victor tells Adam to stop trying to outsmart him, he never will. He wants Adam to go home embrace his family and the company that bears his name. Adam says he is done. Victor says Adam has tried very hard to convince everyone he doesn’t care about NE but he does and wants Adam to take over his chair. Adam leaves. Dr. Gates enters. He says they should help each other since they both need to talk to their families. He tries to convince her to contact her father. She leaves and calls her father while Victor listens from the other side of the door.

In the park Kevin is with Mariah when Natalie arrives and takes a picture of them. She says she is taking an exotic vacation to Africa. Mariah says she hopes Natalie gets a picture of a lion, from the inside and leaves.

Nick brings Faith to Sharon’s and wants Faith to stay with her for the time being. He needs to be alone. Sharon wants him to spend time with Sully. He says spending time with Sully will not get him past losing his wife and son. She says Sully made Sage feel all was right in her world. He says nothing is right in his world right now. Mariah arrives and hugs him. Sharon asks Mariah to help convince Nick to spend time with Sully. Mariah says it’s his choice. Nick leaves. Mariah asks why Sharon is pushing Nick to hang with Sully. After complaining about Kevin, Mariah leaves.

At the AC, Jack tells Phyllis someone in Louisiana opened a credit card in his name and charged $900 worth of sneakers. PassKey is supposed to be impenetrable and it’s on everyone’s accounts including Jabot. Phyllis says she will ask Natalie to fix it. Jack says he is going to talk to Fiona and try to undo the damage Billy did.

Fiona joins Jack and he apologizes for Billy. He asks her to reconsider saying they had a loyalty to each other. She says she doesn’t want to see Jabot implode. She asks what’s going on with Billy and his wife. She tells him about Phyllis slapping Billy. He says he knew about it and it does not mean trouble at Jabot. He assures her Billy is no longer with Jabot. She agrees to continue working with Jack but the slap should not be written off lightly.

Natalie invites Kevin to join her on the trip. Phyllis arrives and asks Natalie to fix Pass Key. Natalie refuses saying she is out of the computer business. Phyllis says if she doesn’t fix the mistake Jabot will lose everything. Phyllis threatens to stop Natalie’s paycheck. Natalie assures her she has her own money and will not waste her time living someone else’s life. Later, Billy meets Phyllis in the park. She asks him to talk to Natalie and convince her to fix the glitch with PassKey. She is holding Billy’s hand and Jack sees them.

Kevin tries to convince Natalie to fix the problem. She says she will not go back working on a computer. He says she can be beautiful, smart and rich all at the same time. She kisses him. Mariah arrives and sees them kissing. Mariah informs Kevin she is moving out and gives him his keys.

Vicky arrives at NE and finds Billy sitting in her chair. He asks what she did last night because she looks tired. She says her life is own. He says to remember that next time she throws a jealous fit in his house. Billy says because of her little scene at his house, Fiona will not do business with B & S. She says she is crushed about the company he stole from her. He refuses to give up. Billy accuses her of sabotaging him. Nick arrives and tells them to stop trying to make everyone think they don’t belong together, because no one is buying it. They need to find their way back to each other. Billy says they share children and nothing more and leaves. Vicky wants Nick to take more time off. Nick explodes and says he needs to be there otherwise he will crawl into the grave next to Sage. Adam arrives and tells them Victor is using Dr. Gates to get out of jail.

THURSDAY US SPOILER!!!

Jack sees Phyllis and Billy in the park holding hands and asks what’s going on. She says she is trying to convince Billy to talk to Natalie about fixing PassKey. Billy refuses. Jack asks what Billy wants? Billy tells him to ask Phyllis. Phyllis has a flashback to the kiss with Billy. She says she was stupid thinking she could count on him. He says he is going to convince Fiona to carry B & S products. He offers to ask to her to reinstate Jabot. Jack says Fiona agreed to carry Jabot products exclusively. Billy leaves. Jack asks why Phyllis isn’t running after Billy, as always. She says she is through with Billy. She says Billy is bedding that slut and she doesn’t like Fiona’s business ethics. Jack asks if their marriage important. She says their marriage is the most important thing to her. Jack says he doesn’t know who she is and leaves.

At the park café, Kevin asks Mariah to stay. She says she is going where people know what matters and what doesn’t and leaves. Kevin asks if Mariah is right and the money has changed them. Mariah has been an awesome friend. Natalie says she can be an awesome friend and kisses him. Kevin wants Natalie to fix PassKey.

Mariah arrives at Sharon’s. Dylan leaves. Sharon asks what happened with Kevin. Mariah asks for her old room for a bit since she gave Kevin his keys back. Later, Kevin arrives and says what’s between him and Natalie has nothing to do with her. He begs her to come home. She says this is her home. Kevin leaves the keys and says her room is still there and leaves.

At the AC Neil asks Lily how she is. She says my father is a liar and a kidnapper, how do you think I am? Lily says they looked for Hilary for months, Devon was treated like a criminal and Neil said nothing. Neil says when he regained his sight the first thing he saw was Hilary and Devon in bed. He can’t make it right but he can contain it. He says Hilary blackmailed him to get a seat on the board. He says if he went to the police, Devon would be charged as an accessory, Simon would be banned from practicing medicine and Ash’s dream of helping people would go up in smoke. Lily agrees to keep the secret but she will never look at him the same way.

Abby joins Ben in his suite and says she never wanted Max taken away but Max needs help. Ben says she was right and doesn’t blame her. He feels he betrayed Max and a total failure as a failure. Abby says let’s do this together. Ben says it would make it hard for Max.

Hilary tells Simon that Lily knows that Neil kidnapped her. Ash arrives. Hilary says Simon told her about Max. Ash doesn’t buy Hilary’s concern about Max. Abby arrives and Ash takes her into her office. Simon is amazed how Hilary lies without blinking an eye. She says she is protecting Simon and wants him to show a bit of gratitude. He says he will see if he can find some.

Ash tells Abby to just has to be there for Ben when Abby asks how to help Ben.

At Memorial, Paul tells Max that he needs to tell Dr. Rosen about all his feelings for Abby and he has to be honest. Ben arrives and apologizes to Dylan and Paul. He should have put Max into therapy when he arrived. Paul tells Ben he regrets not spending more time with Ricky. Ricky’s life was mired by tragedies that ended in his death. Max’s comes out of the room and runs into Ben’s arms. Dr. Rosen says Max admitted that he wanted to hurt Abby and showed no remorse, no regret. He says Max can’t go home. Ben asks if the doctor thinks Max is dangerous. Later, Ben tells Max Dr. Rosen is going to help him make better choices in his life Max has to stay there for a while. Max calls him a liar and he hates him. Paul catches Max as he runs.


Natalie stops Jack at the AC and says she is ready to work on a patch for PassKey. She assures him she can fix passkey. Hilary arrives and tries to tell Jack about her ideas. Jack is distracted and says he has complications at home. She says he was there for her and she can be a good listener. Lily arrives and tells Hilary not to be so modest. She calls her a lying, cheating, backstabbing, skank and throws water in Hilary’s face.

Ben returns to his suite. Abby is there. He is torn up and says Max he has to stay in hospital. He asks Abby to leave because he can’t talk about this. Abby says they don’t have to talk, they can be there together. He cries on her shoulder.

At Billy’s Phyllis says Jack knows there is something personal between them. They need to stay away from each other. He asks why she keeps coming to him. Phyllis tries to leave. Billy grabs her and says he knows she wants to be there with him. They kiss.

Day Ahead
- Adam to Chelsea: Victor thinks he is holding all the cards but doesn’t realize I have an ace up my sleeve
- Victor to Meredith: Maybe one day I will be in a position to reconcile with my family, Meredith says you will and puts her hand on Victor’s

Nick is visiting Sharon and Mariah when a box of Sage’s arrives. He finds her diary. Alone, Nick is shocked when he reads an entry. Looks like Nick learns that Adam was Christian’s father! What will Nick do now that he knows the truth? Seems he goes digging for more information!

FRIDAY US SPOILER!!!

Phyllis and Billy are making out on the stairs. Phyllis breaks away. After the sex on the couch, Billy says he fantasized about her. Phyllis gets dressed and says she feels ashamed and embarrassed. It doesn’t seem to bother Billy that he slept with his brother’s wife. Billy says they both wanted this. She says this was a selfish mistake and this has to be goodbye and leaves.

After throwing a drink in Hilary’s face, Lily accuses her of being a scheming, soulless *****. Cane arrives. Lily wants Hilary out of the AC. Hilary says she needs a report from her room. Jack takes her to get it. Lily tells Cane she can’t tell the police about Neil because of the fallout on Devon. Devon arrives and says he made the decision to keep quiet. She asks why he let Neil get away with it. He was happy to have Hilary back and he could not live with putting Neil in jail. He reminds them that he and Hilary hurt Neil greatly. This was a decision he could live with. Lily tells Cane that Hilary is blackmailing Neil will use this to control everyone else. Hilary doesn’t love Devon and when she is done using him she will move on to the next victim.

In Hilary’s suite she tells Jack that Lily goes off on her if anything is said about Devon or Neil. Lily has built a wall and Hilary has done everything she could to break it down. She never meant to hurt Neil. He was the perfect husband and she was content. She then started spending a lot of time with Devon and discovered that she and Devon were meant to be together. Looking back is a waste of time, and the future looks terrific. Devon arrives, Jack leaves. Hilary says she had to do damage control because Lily went ballistic. Devon says Lily is going to keep their secret. Hilary looks delighted and says if anyone has a reason to turn Neil in it’s her. Devon asks if she is out to save herself. She says she wants to protect him, Neil and the foundation. If she turns Neil in, the ripple effect would be enormous. She tells Devon he means everything to her.

Phyllis arrives at the AC as Jack comes downstairs. He asks her if she has feelings for Billy.

Dr. Gates is with her father at the park café. She tells him that her friend encouraged her to reach out. Her father wants them to meet again. She leaves. Adam introduces himself to Judge Gates. The Judge says he can’t help him with Victor’s case. Adam clarifies that he does not want Victor out of prison. He informs him that Victor is using Dr. Gates and garnering her sympathy to get to Judge Gates. He tells him how Victor got the doctor to attend a memorial for him. He says Victor is a master manipulator. Victor was behind his daughter’s change of heart. Victor has an end game and is using his daughter as a pawn.

Chelsea comes to see Victor. She tells him that his plan to get out of prison early will not work. She and Adam will make sure he serves his 10 years. She says Vicky is doing a great job running the company and she is running her division successfully. He asks who is going to protect her when things fall apart. She doesn’t need his protection. He says his job was to protect everyone and every one will see what life is like without his protection. Chelsea says he is trying to punish everyone. He says why shouldn’t he? He is in prison because his family turned on him. She says he is there because of the choices he made. He says he has learned a valuable lesson and so will the people who turned against him.

Later, Meredith tells Victor that she and her father forgave each other and they are going to start over. Victor says he is glad things went well. Hopefully one day he will reconcile with his family. Meredith puts her hand on his and says it may have sooner than he thinks.

Judge Gates comes to see Victor. He knows Victor is the reason Meredith reached out to him. He says Victor will not gain anything by befriending his daughter. Victor says they just commiserated about their families. She said she wanted to speak to her father. The Judge tells Victor about seeing Adam. Victor says Adam is a pathological liar and Chelsea is a con artist. The Judge says Victor may be telling the truth or playing him, but Victor will not get an early release.

Chelsea comes home and tells Adam that she went to see Victor. She says they are in a good place and she is afraid Victor will tear it down. Adam says he met Judge Gates and introduced himself. He told the Judge about Victor’s manipulations and the reason his daughter reached out to him. Victor can kiss his reduced sentence goodbye and now Victor will be gunning for them.

Day Ahead
- Travis invites Vicky back to his place and she says yes
- Dr. Gates introduces herself to Nikki. Nikki says, the new woman in her husband’s life
- Jack asks Phyllis if she is drawn to Billy, yes or no – she says yes

So Phyllis went way to far...and the writers have made Billy into a man he has never been and could never be...yes he has always been a playboy but not a mean manipulated one....and NEVER would have sex with Phyllis even if to get back at Jack.....its not in Billy's character...

Victor has been had

Hilary is a scank for sure...

I am confused why Pass Key is still not being updated and handled buy Jabot keeping Natalie on board....I find that a bit strange...i mean if they run into a problem they would still need the designer of the program to fix it...

Kevin's character is getting really boring....

So wonder if the shrink will get it out of Max that he was responsible for his mothers death because we all know thats what happened....and that when Abby thought she was yelling at her she was really yelling at Max to stop.....and if the writers don't go there than they are more boring story tellers than I thought....

why do we only have like 3 characters left on this show????? wait i mean like 5....lol.....either there is no $$$$ or the writers are really lazy.....

So who is my fav character as of date...I would say the Doc....but they are really slow at getting Ashley and him together.....

MONDAY US SPOILER

Vicky brings Johnny to Billy’s for a sleepover. Vicky asks if someone is upstairs because Billy is shirtless. He says he is alone. Vicky leaves. Billy assures Johnny that no matter where they live, mommy and daddy will always be there for him and Katie.
Nikki is at the bar at the AC when Dr. Gates arrives and introduces herself. Nikki smiles and acknowledges that this is the new woman in Victor’s life. She says she is only Victor’s doctor. Nikki questions if it is normal for a prison doctor to be emissaries for an inmate. Dr. G says Victor wants his family’s forgiveness and she will help him get an early release. Nikki says Victor doesn’t do anything unless he benefits from it. Victor is a chameleon; he is calculating and can be dangerous. She loves Victor and life with him is never boring. She describes how Victor can look at someone with soulful eyes and says the words they want to hear. It’s his voice, his needs and getting out of prison to punish his family. Dr. G says can see Victor wants his family back and she is going to give him the chance to prove it and leaves.
Jack asks if Phyllis has feelings for Billy yes or no. She says she does since they are kindred spirits. She doesn’t agree with the way Jack has dealt with Billy. She thinks Billy is happy when he is unhappy. Jack thanks her for being there for Billy. She wants to focus on the love of her life, Jack. Jack and Phyllis are about to leave when Jack sees Nikki at the bar with a drink.
At home, Chelsea and Adam cuddle on the couch. Chelsea regrets going to see Victor and feels all she accomplished was to make Victor angrier. She is afraid Victor will come after her company. Adam tells her not to let Victor tear them apart. Chelsea gives Adam their wedding rings and Adam is touched by the engraving “now and forever”. Adam gets down on his knee and proposes to Chelsea. She agrees. They dress for their wedding and in a candle lit room they commit themselves to each other. They vow to love each other now and forever. He puts the ring on her finger. She says he is everything she ever wanted, puts a ring on his finger. She says she loves him now and forever and they kiss.
Judge Gates tells Victor to stop using his daughter to pave in-roads with him. He will not intercede on Victor’s behalf. He is going to make sure Victor serves all 10 years. He says Victor cannot play on his emotions the way he has on his daughter’s. Victor says if Judge G believes in justice then he would let Victor defend himself. Victor says he was railroaded and incarcerated in error. He was protecting is family and his company. Judge G says he read the court transcripts and Victor is guilty as sin. He leaves.
Dr. G. finds Victor in her office and says she ran into Nikki. He says Adam got to her father and told him Victor was using her to secure his release. She asks if Victor has been playing her. Victor denies it. He maintains he was wrongly accused and convicted. She says she met Nikki at the bar and she described Victor as a chameleon and manipulator and never did anything unless it benefitted him. She asks how she knows she can trust him. He says, she doesn’t, kisses her on the cheek and leaves.
Vicky arrives at Hank’s. Travis says he wasn’t sure he would ever see her again after the way she left the last time. He says his shift is over and invites her to his place. She agrees. Luca’s P.I. takes a picture of her and Travis leaving. Travis and Vicky have sex at his place. Billy calls her saying Johnny wants to say goodnight. She ends the call and Travis asks about her kid. Vicky regrets being there and is uncomfortable. Travis asks her to stay but she leaves.
Jack approaches Nikki at the bar. She says Victor has an advocate who is pushing for an early release. Adam and Chelsea arrive. Adam says he spoke with Judge G and Victor is not going anywhere. Phyllis and Chelsea go onto the patio for some air leaving Adam and Jack to calm Nikki.
Outside Chelsea tells Phyllis she and Adam have renewed their vows. Chelsea notices Phyllis is missing a button. She says Phyllis and Jack have been an inspiration to her and Adam. After what they have been through they are stronger than ever. Phyllis is uncomfortable and is about to leave when Chelsea offers Phyllis an ear if she needs to talk. She shows Phyllis the engraving on her ring and says those words also apply to her and Jack. Chelsea says her and Adam’s love will get them through anything.
Inside Adam tells Jack he didn’t slay the dragon he only wounded it. If Victor gets out of jail no one is safe.
Nikki is in the park and about to take a drink when she sees Katherine’s plaque. She wishes Katherine was there to give her strength to power through this.
Day Ahead
- Billy asks Phyllis, never again? Never?
- Vicky tells Michael she needs an emissary to help her with a sensitive Newman/Abbot matter
- Nick pulls Sage’s journal out of the box; Sharon asks him anxiously, she kept a journal?

TUESDAY US SPOILER!!!

At Newman Enterprises, Nick apologizes to his sister for being an emotional wreck. Telling her he can only think of Sage and their son and the things that should have been. Nick tells Victoria that work grounds him and he’s determined to focus on NE. Victoria tells him that she’s been throwing herself into work to because of Billy. She has decided not to let him have power over her anymore. They agree to look out for each other. Nick leaves after Michael arrives. Victoria tells Michael that she needs an emissary to help with a sensitive Newman/Abbott matter…she wants to remind Billy about the rules of their custody arrangement…they aren’t supposed to drop in on one another unexpectedly. She tells Michael to handle it so there is no blurring of any lines. Michael wonders if there’s any hope of reconciliation. Victoria tells him, “No.”


At the GCAC, Ben thanks Abby for staying with him. Abby assures her hubby that she cares about Max too. Ben tells her that he has a meeting to discuss Max and wants her to join him. Abby agrees. Downstairs in the dining room, Hilary finds Jack sitting alone, but Phyllis walks in. Hilary tells them that she has to steal Jack away for business. Phyllis insists to hear what’s on the agenda. They talk about the foundation, and Phyllis has some great ideas, but is easily distracted when Billy’s walks in. Jack and Hilary leave to talk business and Phyllis joins Billy at the bar. Billy tells her that he’s happy to NOT deal with Jack and to have her to himself. He talks about their crazy lovemaking. Phyllis reminds him that what happened between them will never happen again. Billy, “You got it.” Michael walks in. Billy assumes Victoria sent him. Michael tells him about Victoria’s demands. Billy presumes Victoria wants him out of the way because of another man. Meanwhile, Phyllis is surprised to learn that Jack confided to Hilary about their marriage. Hilary tries to offer her advice but Phyllis shuts her down, telling her to shut her mouth or she’ll shut it for her!


At the hospital, Ben, Abby, Paul and the social worker discuss Max. Ben wants Max to come home now that he’s been evaluated, but Paul say the doctors strongly believe Max needs to be in a long-term psychiatric youth facility. Ben is very upset and struggles with what to tell Max.


At Sharon’s, Mariah walks in to find Sharon and Dylan kissing. Mariah instantly thinks she’s in the way but they both reassure her she’ll always have a home there. Nick arrives, he accidentally mixed up Faith’s school schedule. After Dylan leaves, Nick tells Mariah and Sharon that he’s moving back to the tack house and he has to go through Sage’s belongings. Mariah offers to help him. After Mariah leaves, Nick tells Sharon that she’s been great through this. He tells her about having to leave the apartment, now that Sage is gone, there is nothing there. Mariah returns with a box of Sage’s things. Nick wants to look through it…he finds Sage’s private journal! Sharon is clearly nervous. Nick reads a passage about the loss of Christian. He tells them that he will read it alone and leaves. Sharon quickly turns to Mariah, “I wish you’d never found that thing!” Mariah immediately notices that something is wrong with her, “What do you think is written in there?”


Back at the hospital, Dylan learns that Ben is signing the papers to have Max committed to a long-term facility. Abby asks him to be there for Ben. Meanwhile, Ben explains the situation to Max, who is still accusing him of sending him away because of Abby, “Mom never would have sent me away!” Ben implores his son to face the truth, he hasn’t dealt with his mother’s death and he needs help. Max cries about losing his mom. Ben comforts his son, and promises him that he won’t leave him. Afterwards, Max invites Abby to sit with them, they then watch as the social worker takes Max away. Later, Paul confides in Dylan about the difficulties of seeing your child for who he really is.


Victoria heads back to Hank’s Bar to meet with Travis. She tells him they can’t be together again. Travis is surprised telling her they can work things out. Victoria tells him she can’t. After she leaves, Luca’s investigator chats up Travis and sends a text saying he and Victoria can’t stay away from each other.


Back at NE, Billy stops by to drop off the signed document saying he’ll follow the custody agreement rules, saying they’re both free to be with whoever they want.


At the Park, Nick reads something in Sage’s journal that stops him dead in his tracks!


Back at Ben’s suit, Ben thanks Abby for being there for him. Telling her they will get past this.

Dylan meets Nikki and Sully in the park. Nikki says Victor is plotting revenge against the family. He is manipulating Dr. G because her father is a judge on the parole committee. Victor coming home scares her. Dylan knows how hard she fought to save her marriage. Maybe it’s time to walk away and take Victor’s power over her away. She says she knows what she needs to do.

Mariah asks Sharon what she thinks is in Sage’s journal. Sharon sidesteps saying she is concerned about Nick’s emotional state. Mariah doesn’t believe her. She asks what Sharon thinks Nick is going to find out. Mariah asks if Sage found out about the miscarriage. She wants Sharon to stop lying. Sharon says Sully is not her baby. He is Christian. She doesn’t know how this happened because she was so drugged up. Mariah figures out that Nurse Stevens told Nick and Sage their baby died, gave him to Dr. A who gave him to Sharon. She asks how Sharon didn’t realize she was not pregnant. She says Dr. A had an explanation for everything. She started questioning things with the nightmares. Sage also became suspicious and got Nurse Stevens to admit the truth. Mariah yells at Sharon asking how she could not come forward when Sage died. Sharon asks how she could destroy Dylan’s happiness. She is a victim in this as well. She believed Sully was hers. They bonded as mother and child and she couldn’t just hand him over. Mariah accuses Sharon of knowing the pain Nick is in yet withheld his son from him. She doesn’t know how Sharon can live with herself. Sharon says Nick will find out once he reads the journal. Mariah tells Sharon to find Dylan and tell him.

Nick arrives at Chelsea’s demands to see Adam. He wants to know what was in Sage’s letter to Adam. Chelsea says she never saw the letter. Nick tells her about the entry in Sage’s journal and how Adam became a part of Sage’s life. He knows Adam is capable of a lot of things but this is unforgiveable. As he is leaving tells her to tell Adam he is going to make him pay.

Adam comes to see Victor. He accuses Victor of working on people’s weaknesses. He asks if Victor’s mood is low because his plan to get out of jail has been foiled. Adam says whatever Victor’s plans are to get out of jail early, he will block it. Victor says to go ahead and try that. Victor says Adam is not as powerful as he thinks he is. He says Adam is worried about what Victor is going to do to the family when he gets out. Adam asks Victor if he thinks the family is grateful for all his blackmail and manipulation. Victor doesn’t intimidate or scare him anymore. He says Victor needs to figure out what he did in the name of family for them to turn on him. Victor tells him to watch what he says. He says Victor will die alone in prison and only has himself to blame. He says Adam will regret saying that. Adam leaves. Victor remembers his and Nick’s visit to his father. His father says he is a wealthy man and will write Victor a check. Victor says without the pain and cruelty his father caused him, he would not be the man he is today. He is wealthy beyond his father’s imagination, but all that wealth means nothing without family. His father tells him to leave and never come back. Victor asks why he would ever come back to see him. He and Nick leave. Nick watches a heartbroken Victor cry.

Lauren finds Michael at the AC and says she has been digging up information on suspended licenses and says he can be reinstated. He says he knows. She wants to know why he hasn’t done anything about it. He is not sure he wants that and can be a brilliant something else. He could retire and they could travel and enjoy life. Lauren says this is farfetched. She knows Michael fought long and hard to come to the decision he did to work against Victor. She wants him to get back to doing what he loves to do. Law is in his DNA and wants him to get reinstated. Michael agrees. Nikki joins them and tells Michael she wants a divorce. She was full of regrets after testifying against Victor but when she went to see him he asked her to give up her voting proxy and he wound up punishing Vicky. He believes he has done nothing wrong. She can’t defend him anymore. Michael agrees to help her.

Adam comes home. Chelsea says she thinks Nick knows the truth about Christian’s paternity. Nick is furious and she thinks Sage wrote about Christian in her journal. Adam asks if Nick specifically said anything about Christian. Chelsea says no and Adam says Sage never wanted Nick to find out so it would not make sense for her to write about it in her journal.

Sharon finds Dylan in the park. Nick arrives at the same time and asks Dylan to arrest Adam for murder.

Day Ahead
- Adam tells Nick he didn’t do it. Nick wants Adam to prove it and show him Sage’s letter
- Luca comes to talk to Travis
- Sharon to Mariah: ‘I will lie to keep Sully with us’ as Dylan walks in

THURSDAY US SPOILER!!!

Adam says Sage wanted Christian’s paternity to stay a secret so she would not write about it in her journal. Chelsea says that she did not mention to Nick that they burned the letter. He is at a loss why Nick would be after him and this has to be a mistake. He assures her he is not keeping anything from her. He wants to earn her trust.

Nick tells Dylan to arrest Adam for murdering Constance Bingham. Dylan asks why Sage would protect Adam if she knew he killed Constance, who was like a mother to her. Nick reads the passage from Sage’s journal. He thinks Adam made it look like her heart failed. Dylan says he will look into it and hopes it’s not true. He leaves. Nick asks Sharon why Sage didn’t trust him with something this important. How can someone look you in the eye and lie over and over again. Sharon is uncomfortable but assures him that Sage loved him. She suggests he stop reading the journal. He says he has read it. He says he should have been a better husband and Sage didn’t deserve any of this.

At Hank’s, Luca is looking at all the pictures of Travis and Vicky on his cell phone. He goes to the bar and makes small talk with Travis. Luca weaves a story about a lost love. Travis tells Luca about Torie. He thought there might be something between them but she called it off because of complications. Luca says if the complications go away and she may be back.

At NE Vicky tells Summer she is going to hit the executives with so many facts and figures they will have no choice but to respect her. Their animosity towards her and loyalty to Victor ends today. Summer offers her help and shows Vicky how she can offset some of the NE costs. Summer assures her she will not let her down. Michael arrives to get the custody agreement. Michael tells them to give Nikki their support because she is divorcing Victor. Vicky says Victor will take his rage to a whole new level. Vicky leaves. Summer says she knows Nikki and Victor still love each other. Michael says Nikki has to do what is right for her.

Vicky goes to Hank’s and tells Travis she has an ex and that is all the information she is prepared to give him. He wants her to dance, she agrees. They go back to his place and have sex.

Luca arrives at NE and Summer tells him that Vicky gave the executives what for. Luca picks up a document and says he is well versed in that particular area and offers to help her. He says if Vicky wants them on her side she will have to handle them with speed and communication is key. Summer wants Luca to send the executives an email in Vicky’s name. Luca smiles.

At the AC Michael tells Kevin that he is applying to get his suspension lifted. Mariah arrives and orders a drink. Michael tries to convince Kevin to talk to her. He accuses Kevin is throwing Natalie in Mariah’s face. Kevin hates that she moved out and admits he misses her. Michael leaves. Kevin tells Mariah he has been a jerk. He cares about her and nothing will change that. He asks if she is okay. She says she is far from okay. Kevin offers to help her with the problems at Sharon’s and asks her to move back home. Mariah says she is staying at Sharon’s and leaves.

Dylan arrives at Chelsea’s. He says Nick has accused Adam of murdering Constance. Adam denies it. Dylan asks about the voicemail Sage left him. He maintains it was for Chelsea. Dylan says they will exhume Constance’s body for an autopsy. After Dylan leaves, Adam says he had nothing to do with Constance’s death but from the look on Chelsea’s face he asks if she thinks he is guilty. She says she believes him. Nick arrives and accuses Adam of forcing Sage to keep this terrible secret. Nick says Sage died thinking Adam killed this woman. Nick wants Adam to show him the letter Sage left him. Adam says the letter was private and it is staying private. Adam realizes Victor is behind this. He says he paid Victor a visit and said Adam would pay. He is trying to set Adam up.

At Sharon’s and she asks Nick if Sage wrote anything else. Sharon is relieved there was no mention of Christian. Mariah arrives and Sharon tells her Sully is napping. Nick says he is going to see Adam. He tells Mariah that Adam murdered Constance and leaves. Mariah wants to know why Sharon didn’t tell Dylan. Sharon says Nick read the journal and there was no mention of Christian. Mariah can’t believe that Sharon is concealing the truth. Sharon says taking Sully away would damage Dylan. Mariah says the truth will come out. Sharon wants to know why the truth has to come out. Sharon will lie to keep Sully with them. Mariah says that means she will have to lie and she is not prepared to do that. Dylan arrives. Mariah is ticked and leaves.

Day Ahead
- Lily tells Hilary that she may be able to charm Jack but there is nothing Hilary can do to shut her down
- Ash asks Billy if there is a new woman in his life
- Dr. G tells Victor he is not alone and they kiss
