TUESDAY US SPOILER!!!
Phyllis meets Jack in the park and tells him that Fiona is sleeping with Billy. She says she didn’t like the way Billy flaunted Fiona in front of Jack. She went to talk to Billy, she was so disgusted with his cavalier attitude she slapped him for what he is doing to Jack, Vicky and the kids. Jack doesn’t think it’s worth all this anxiety for one buyer and one department store.
Vicky arrives with the kids. Fiona is in a bathrobe. She says they are leaving. He threatens to call the cops. Fiona enters. Billy says Vicky was just leaving. Vicky orders Fiona to leave. Fiona smiles and tells Vicky to say hello to Victor and leaves. Vicky also leaves.
At the lab, Simon tells Dylan the Max admitted to panning Abby’s fall. Dylan says the fire was deliberate and Max got the security key and the forensics confirm that Max was in the security room.
Abby tells Max he isn’t going anywhere. Max says she never wanted him around. She always wanted for them to be a family. Max says he only did it as a prank and didn’t mean to hurt anyone. She says he hurt her and the baby. She and Ben can’t ignore that. What he did was wrong and he needs help. Max says she wants to get rid of him. She says he is twisting her words. She called Dylan to investigate not to take Max away. She says he needs help. Ben says he has to help Max himself.
Dylan tells Simon and Ash that he has to contact child services. Abby comes out and tells him to hurry because Ben and Max may run. Abby says she should have said something earlier because she saw the signs in the beginning. She says Ben never imagined this kind of trouble with Max. She wants to help Ben but knows he won’t let her.
Ben tells Max that Abby is right and they are staying in GC. He is going to get the help Max needs. Ben says he knows Max wanted Abby to lose the baby. He assures Max he loves him and will get the help he needs. Ben asks Max tell him the truth. Ben knows that after Max lost his mom he was in pain. Abby is suffering the same pain now. Max says Abby was trying to erase his mother so he wanted Abby out of the way. If she had the baby then Ben would not love him anymore. Ben says Max needs to talk to someone his pent up anger. He promises Max will not be alone.
Outside the lab, Simon asks Dylan to help Max because he is very fond of him. He says Max is very bright and can see him becoming a doctor or scientist. He says Max needs very specific treatment for what’s affecting him. Max needs someone strong who will do the right thing, even if it causes the father a great deal of pain. He says Max’s ability to disassociate his actions from any consequences troubling. The solution may not be unlearning bad behavior. Simon feels what is affecting Max is far more problematic. Dylan asks if something is wrong in Max’s head and how much Simon knows about that. Simon knows Max is in trouble and he needs Dylan. Simon leaves.
Dylan returns advising child services are there. Max wants Ben to go with him and Dylan says he can’t. Dylan takes Max out. Max screams that Ben promised not to leave him.
Dylan offers his help but Ben says he has done enough. Abby tries to help. Ben says he needs to be alone. Abby is blaming herself.
Vicky goes to the bar (Hank’s) looking for Travis. Luca’s investigator is there. Travis tells Vicky he owns the bar. Travis and Vicky dance. The investigator takes a picture. They kiss. Travis says he lives down the street. Vicky says she has to go and leaves.
Phyllis and Jack are at the AC when Fiona arrives. Jack says he doesn’t want to talk business. He says they have a contract; she says contracts be broken. Fiona says Dillmans will not carry Jabot or B & S products effective immediately and leaves. Jack is furious and says he is going to put an end to this and leaves. Fiona doesn’t know who she is dealing with. Fiona says Phyllis doesn’t want Billy bedding anyone but her.
At the bar Fiona asks Phyllis if she told Jack she slapped Billy because she is jealous.
Jack arrives at Billy’s and say Phyllis told him what happened between them. Jack says he knows about Fiona and that Phyllis slapped him. He informs Billy that Dillmans will no longer carry either of their products. This is all Billy’s fault and the reason Fiona dumped them. Jack has reached the breaking point and asks where it ends. Billy asks if Jack wants him to obey his every command and sell B & S back to Vicky. Billy will not apologize for anything he does. He is going to take what he wants.
Day Ahead
- Fiona asks Jack what’s going on between Billy and Phyllis
- Nick tells Billy and Vicky to stop trying to make everyone think they don’t belong together, because no one is buying it
- Victor tells Adam the position is open and there for the taking. When is Adam going to make his move
