Jill returns and gives a huge donation to the Abbott-Winters foundation in honor of Katherine. She also has a run in with Hilary!


Adam is arrested for the murder of Constance Bingham. Dylan informs him that they are exhuming her body. Adam knows Victor framed him.


Upset because Phyllis reunited with Jack, Billy is drinking at the GCAC when his waitress Bethany flirts with him. Both looking for fun, he invites her back to his place.

FRIDAY US SPOILER!!!

At the prison, Meredith accuses Victor of using her to get out early. Their chat eventually turns to forgiveness. Victor tells her that his son wants him to rot in there. Meredith believes he should consider forgiving his son thinking it would bring him peace. She places her hand on his bandaged hand and then pulls it away saying they must keep things professional. But Victor moves in closer and assures her she’s not alone. He then tells her that she’s very beautiful, and kisses her! Meredith tells him that can’t happen again, and sends Victor back to his cell. Later, Meredith thinks back to their kiss and summons Victor back to the infirmary, where she admits that she can’t stop thinking about him. Victor tells her that not being able to have her is the real prison. She kisses him again.


At the GCAC, Jack finds his wife daydreaming, Phyllis tells him she’s right where she needs to be. Across the room, Hilary eavesdrops on Cane and Lily discussing Max, and chimes in saying she hopes Max gets the help he clearly needs. Neil is standing by watching. Lily talks to Cane about all the power Hilary has over them. Hilary heads over to Jack and Phyllis’ table. Neil picks up on the obvious tension with Hilary and Phyllis and pulls Hilary away. Neil demands that Hilary leave his friends (Jack and Phyllis) alone. Phyllis complains to Jack that Hilary is a “human wrecking ball”. Jack defends Hilary, telling her that she just wants to prove herself. Jack starts to wonder if Phyllis is jealous of his friendship with Hillary. Phyllis tells her husband to watch his back when it comes to that woman.”


At Chancellor Park, Ben and Abby reconnect. He apologizes to her for pushing her away and promises to never abandon her again. Abby encourages her husband to visit his son, telling him that he’s given her everything she needs. Ben tells her that she’s the best thing that has ever happened to him. Later at the hospital, Ashley encourages Ben to lean on Abby. Ben tells her that Abby has suffered enough. Later, Ben surprises Abby with a romantic evening in their suite.


At the Jabot lab, Abby gives Billy her two cents on his business tactics. Their talk moves onto Billy’s love life. Ash wonders if he has a new love interest. Billy denies her questions, but Ash knows better. Ash wonders if he would be able to find woman who allow him move on from Victoria. Later on, Abby visits her mom and gives her an update on Ben and Max. Ash compliments her daughter telling her that she’s a good wife, and apologizes to her for not listening to her about Max. Abby is still concerned, worrying about the Newman curse. Ash reminds her that she’s half Abbott and promises her that she will be happy.


Back at the GCAC, Neil accuses Hilary of trying to move in on Jack. He even threatens to tell Jack about her blackmail. Hilary doesn’t take the bait, doubting that Neil will tell unless he wants the cops knocking on his door. After Neil leaves, Lily storms up to confront Hilary. Hilary jokes that Cane almost got away from her. Lily warns her she may be able to charm Jack, but there is nothing she can do to shut her up. Hilary reminds her that she can just turn in “Daddy Dearest.” Lily threatens to go to Devon and tell her that his wife is making a play for Jack Abbott’s attention.


Cane finds Neil at Hanks bar about to take a shot of liquor. Cane advises Neil to man up and take control of the situation. Neil demands that Cane shut up and join him for a drink, or get out. Neil takes a shot, and Cane takes his car keys and wallet. Cane insists that Lily is still on his side, but that could change when she finds out he’s drinking again. Neil doesn’t listen, and takes another shot.


At the Jabot lab, Jack and Ashley bicker over Hilary. Their chat moves onto to Billy and Victoria. Ash believes he’s involved with someone and wonders how a new woman in Billy’s life will change things. Ash, “He worked hard trying to deny it, which means the woman really means something to him; something real.” Jack looks curious.


Billy is at home flashing back to his night with Phyllis, he decides to go for a ride on his motorcycle. Billy runs into Phyllis at the park. Phyllis demands that he leave her alone. Billy admits that he makes her crazy…he can’t let her be. He talks about them being lovers, and her perfume. Phyllis demands that they cannot destroy this family. Billy, “This is real.” Phyllis refuses to listen. Billy pulls her into a passionate kiss.

MONDAY US SPOILER!

Luca and Summer celebrate their success about the comprehensive proposal. He says Summer managed to circumvent a catastrophic problem. He says Vicky has not been rational at the office. He says Victor will be proud and grateful to Summer for what she has done. Summer sees Nikki and Michael and doesn’t understand how Nikki can divorce Victor at this time. She wants to convince Nikki not to do it.

Michael joins Nikki and gives her the divorce papers. Michael asks if she should be doing this right now since Victor is feeling completely betrayed. Nikki says she cannot condone what Victor has done. Michael wants her to put off filing her divorce. She says she loves Victor but she has to do this. Victor is never going to forgive her so what is the point. Summer arrives and says because Nikki is the love of Victor’s life. Summer defends Victor saying how heartbroken he is. Nikki can’t set aside all the things he has done. Summer says he didn’t know all these things were going to happen. He wants his family back. Nikki reminds her that Victor orchestrated everything. She wants Nikki to give Victor a chance. Nikki says she has to do this for herself.

Dr. G regrets kissing Victor. He says he has not been this open and honest in a long time. He took his role as father very seriously and loves them dearly. He has rescued them from problems. He is hurt that family has turned against him. Adam has been the most difficult child who has tried to best him. He kissing her and finds her easy to talk to.

Summer tells Victor that Nikki is filing for divorce and doesn’t understand why she is doing this. Victor says Nikki is throwing everything away. He says it’s all falling apart around him except for Summer.

Nikki arrives and tells Victor she has tried to save their marriage and him but he will never forgive her. She asks him not to fight the divorce. He agrees because they have nothing left. He accuses her of turning to Jack and being with other men. He yells get out. She gives him the divorce papers and leaves. Victor returns to the infirmary and tells Dr. G that Nikki served him with divorce papers.

Dylan tells Adam he got a court order to exhume Constance’s body. Adam says he did not kill her. Adam says Victor has had Sage’s journal doctored. Adam and Chelsea remind him what Victor has been able to do from prison. Adam says the forensic evidence can be falsified. Dylan leaves. Adam is surprised and angry that Victor would use Sage like this. Chelsea says the truth will come out eventually. He assures her he had a great affection for Constance and would not kill her. They try to figure out how Victor could set him up this way. She says Victor is filled with revenge against the family. They wonder who could be on the outside helping Victor. They have a lightbulb moment and leave.

Vicky can’t find her phone and remembers she dropped in when she was with Travis the night before. Dan arrives and says everyone was impressed with her proposal. It’s something Victor would have done and leaves. Vicky calls Summer and Luca answers. She wants to see Summer immediately. Luca arrives alone. Vicky says his plan is transparent and she knows Luca helped Summer. He asks how the proposal was received by the executives and says it was submitted in her name. He says her leadership has been in question. Luca tells her not to fire Summer because she is the only conduit to Victor and she could use that to her advantage.

Travis picks up Vicky’s phone up off the floor and sees a family photo of Vicky, Billy and the kids.

Dylan asks Michael if Victor could have framed Adam and working with someone on the outside. Michael says Victor is out for revenge against his entire family. They discuss Sage’s journal and wonder why she remained silent all this time if she knew Adam killed Constance. Dylan says it is very possible Adam killed her. Dylan gets a call advising the autopsy results are in. He asks if Constance was poisoned.

Adam and Chelsea meet Luca in Vicky’s office. Adam asks him what he knows about the journal. Luca admits he made some calls for Victor and had Adam fired but knows nothing about a journal. Dylan arrives and arrests Adam.

Vicky asks Travis if he has seen her phone. He says he does not get involved with married women and shows her the picture on her phone. She says she is divorced and it’s a photo of her kids and leaves.

Nikki tells Summer that Victor has been served and he couldn’t have cared less. Summer tells her that she went to see Victor to warn him and he was devastated. Nikki says it was an act he put on for her. He is obsessed with revenge on the family.

Day Ahead
- Mariah to Sharon; a great way to make Nick feel better, tell him his son is alive
- Nick to Dylan; after talking to Adam he was certain Victor set Adam up but now doesn’t know what to believe
- Michael to Victor; all Victor has to do is admit he set his son up

TUESDAY US SPOILER!!!

Mariah tells Sharon to make Nick happy tell him his son is alive. Sharon asks if she wants her to lose Sully. If Nick found out he would hate her and take Faith away. Dylan would be destroyed and the whole family will suffer. Mariah says the fact Sharon has kept quiet this long is almost unforgivable. Nick is the real father and deserves to know.

Nick asks Victor how he could use his dead wife to exact revenge on Adam. He says Adam was arrested and accuses Victor of forging Sage’s diary. Nick says he sees Victor for who he really is. Victor reminds Nick that Sage kept a secret about Gabe because she loved Nick and did not want to destroy their love.

Dr. G calls Victor in and says Adam is all over the news. Victor says Nick accused him of framing Adam for the murder. His family thinks he is capable of such evil.

Noah and Summer are at the park café. Noah is happy she didn’t bring Luca to Cassie’s memorial. Summer insists Luca has changed. He says she is as naive about Luca as she is about Victor. They will both use anyone and do anything to get what they want. All Victor wants is revenge. She will not change her mind about Luca or Victor. She thinks Victor will forgive everyone when he gets out.

Kevin is with Natalie. He tells her Adam was arrested for murdering Constance. He explains who she was. Natalie invites him for a helicopter ride to Chicago and leaves to change.

Chelsea is angry with Dylan for arresting Adam and says the journal is a fraud. Michael and Adam arrive. Michael advises Dylan he will represent Adam as his law license is in the process of being reinstated. Adam insists the diary was altered. Dylan wonders how the evidence matches exactly Sage’s description of Constance’s death. Adam maintains Victor is behind this. Dylan feels this is a very elaborate plot. Adam says Luca admitted that he made calls for Victor to get him fired from the hedge fund. He tells him how he and Jack forged a diary to frame Victor years ago. Dylan leaves. Michael says Victor teaches you a lesson but then swoops in to save you as he has in the past. Adam tells Michael that Victor is wooing Dr. G who is the parole Judge’s daughter. Michael says Victor has Adam right where he wants him and leaves. Adam tells Chelsea they are going to throw the book at him as there will be no proof the diary was forged. The medical report will show he did it. Chelsea wants them to run, tonight.

Everyone arrives at the park after Cassie’s memorial. Nick has a flashback to being with Cassie when she died. Nick tells them about his visit to Cassie’s grave with great news a year ago. Now he lost his wife and little boy and just wants them back. Sharon and Mariah exchange a look. Mariah and Noah leave. Nick goes for a walk and Dylan follows. Faith wants to do something special for Nick. She wants him to hold Sully.

Nick tells Dylan that after talking to Adam he was certain Victor set him up but now doesn’t know what to believe. He doesn’t believe Adam is a murderer. Nick doesn’t understand how Victor knew so many intimate details about their personal life. Later Faith wants Nick to hold Sully. Dylan tells Sharon that Nick is a rock and it kills him watching Nick hold their son when he should be holding Christian. Dylan says he doesn’t think he could survive if they lost Sully.

At the AC Mariah says when she came to town everyone thought she was Cassie but she is not Cassie. Kevin arrives and says he is happy he ran into her. Summer says he wouldn’t have to run into her if he shared his PassKey profits then Mariah wouldn’t have moved out. Noah and Summer leave. Kevin asks her if she still wants to share with him why she was upset. She gets up and kisses him. Kevin asks where that came from. She doesn’t know and is over it. She just wants to sit on a ratty couch watch cheesy movies and eat Chinese food. She asks if there is a chance they could do that now. Natalie arrives and asks if he is ready. He says they will reschedule and leaves with Mariah.

Michael tells Victor that Adam never touched a hair on Constance’s head and it’s time to end this. Victor says he has done everything for Adam but Adam has done tremendous damage to his family. All Victor was viciousness, vengeance and betrayal from Adam. Michael says he was arrested and humiliated. Michael says Victor is not that cruel and wants this to end before it gets to the point of no return. He wants Victor to admit he set Adam up. Victor says his family turned against him, especially Adam and Adam will be the cause of his own destruction.

Day Ahead
- Victor says it’s time for him to confess, Dr. G says she will not let him do that
- Victoria asks a reporter if she wants to know why anyone would trust her family
- Billy tells Jack he hopes there is no trouble at home. Phyllis arrives and says it’s the opposite; she and her husband are having a much needed getaway

WEDNESDAY US SPOILER!!!

Vicky sees the article about Adam being arrested and leaves her office on a family matter.

Victor tells Dr. G that Michael wanted Victor to admit he framed Adam. Maybe it’s time he confessed to his family. Dr. G says she will not let him confess to a crime he did not commit. She says there is a good chance he will get an early release. They will find a way.

While in bed with Jack, Phyllis remembers her meeting in the Park when Billy asked her to say yes to him and kissing her. Phyllis gets a call from Billy; she doesn’t answer it. Her phone rings again; Jack answers. Ashley asks Phyllis to meet her in the park; it’s about Billy.

Ash tells Phyllis that Billy has definitely moved on with somebody. She is afraid Billy will jeopardize his chances with Vicky. Ash describes the elegant lunch laid out and how secretive Billy was. She feels bad for this woman who will wind up heart broken.

Adam tells Chelsea they will not find any evidence of tampering or proof the examiner’s report was BS. There is no way out of this. Chelsea says they can run. Adam agrees. He says he would rather be on the run with her and Connor than go to Walworth for something he didn’t do.

Vicky comes to see Adam and accuses him of dragging the Newman name through the mud again. The last thing she needs is a reporter asking why anyone would do business with cut throats and murderers. He explodes saying is he is facing trumped up murder charges because of Victor’s insatiable appetite for revenge. She doesn’t believe Adam could poison an old woman. Chelsea comes down with suitcase. Vicky says if they go, Victor wins. She says he is her brother and they need to stick together as a family. Adam goes to see Victor. Chelsea asks Vicky why she is protecting Adam. Vicky says Adam is too much like Victor so he knows how Victor thinks. She hopes Adam will decide to stay and fight and leaves.

Billy tells Jack he is looking for Phyllis and sees a room key in Jack’s hand. He says he hopes there is no trouble at home. Phyllis arrives and she and Jack are having a much needed getaway. Jack says Phyllis surprised him with a little time out. Phyllis goes upstairs. Jack says it’s no surprise to Billy that their marriage hit a little rough patch but they have been able to put their marriage first now. Billy goes to the bar. Ash arrives.

Phyllis gets ready for an afternoon with Jack in a suite. Billy arrives instead. He asks what she is doing. He says no matter how hard she tries she can’t forget their meeting in the park. She wants him to leave and not destroy her and Jack’s life. Billy says he can’t live without her. She wants him to leave. He says what she thinks she has with Jack is an illusion and what they could have is real and leaves. Jack arrives and Phyllis kisses him passionately.

Jack and Ash discuss Billy. Jack says he is not going to talk about Billy behind his back. She says she spoke to Phyllis about it. Jack says she was too close to Billy and it almost destroyed their marriage. It’s time to stop cleaning up after Billy. After Jack leaves, Billy asks what plan Ash has to save him from himself. Ash says he is a grown man and gets to live his life the way he pleases. Billy asks when does anyone get to do that and goes to the bar. A waitress arrives and Billy asks where he knows her from. She is Bethany and worked at On the Boulevard. She says she had a major crush on him.

Adam tells Victor he knows he managed to forge a diary from prison. Victor says Adam is caught in his own web of lies. How does it feel when you know you are innocent but no one listens not even your own flesh and blood? Adam says Victor is not innocent. Adam gets up to leave but Victor yells for him to sit down. Adam knows Victor hates him because he is not like any of his siblings. He says he has spent his life trying to get Victor’s approval but he is done now. He gets up to leave but Victor asks him to stay. Victor reminds him of the times they were in Hope’s kitchen with a soccer ball and how proud he was of Adam. Adam says nothing and leaves; Victor cries.

Dr. G says she is going to have family visits suspended. He says no but he knows beyond a shadow of a doubt that Adam killed Constance. He hasn’t said anything to anyone because he wants to protect Adam. She says his family does not deserve him. He says he doesn’t deserve her. She has given him the courage to look forward to things.

Adam returns home and says they stay and fight and prove that Victor is framing him. That’s the only way they will be free.

Day Ahead
- Devon asks Lily if she is ok. Lily says she is being blackmailed by his ***** of a wife, does that sound okay to him
- Hilary says she would not forgive herself if she did not give him this news right now
- Bethany asks Billy if he lives with his mother. Jill says maybe she should learn something about the men she sleeps with

So Im thinking that Dr. G helped Victor and did something to the results of the autopsy to show poison......you know Victor is behind this somehow someway....the only other person that would have maybe don't it if it is true she was poisoned is that Sage did it and to cover herself she wrote that Adam did.....But I really think it is Dr. G behind it all...And is Dr. G that stupid to think that Victor really wants her???????? she really does not seem like the sharpest tack in the box....

For me Victor has gotten so bad that his next step forward in his crazy world would be to kill everyone in his family for revenge......and not even look back.

To bad that Adam burned that letter that Sage gave him....that would really help him at the moment....I wonder if there is a duplicate somewhere?

So is the whole diary a fake? Did Victor one day see Sage writing one and decided to have someone that could imitate Sages penmanship and do this to use as another frame against Adam incase he needed leverage? Or did he grad it one day after finding someone and write that little ditty in there and than return it? Does anyone remember a time that Sage may have mentioned misplacing her journal?

How long is Hillary going to get away with her crap? I have to FF when she comes on because I cant stand her

Billy and Phyllis will get caught.....they can never be together unless they leave town for good.....at this point when it does come out.....Jack will throw them both to the curb forever...he will go back to pills, and Neil will be a drunk again so so much for starting a company to help people when said company did not help them....also isn't Niki on the board as well?

I don't like this new Billy at all....he really is nothing like who Billy really is...no matter what the Billys that we have all seen over the years would never bed Jacks wife....the writers have done the Billy character as a totally different person...they should have used the bartender as a Billy....he is more like a Billy than this one is...

THURSDAY US SPOILER!!!

Jill tells Cane she made a large donation in Katherine’s name and naming a wing after her. Hilary arrives. Hilary says Jill has her to thank for the wing Jill was talking about. Jill says hooray for nepotism and Devon’s bank account. Hilary says Katherine had class and a history of addiction. She says it would have been an honor to meet her. Jill says Katherine would have chewed Hilary up and spat her out because she hated a gold digger. Jill says she putting a lot of money into the foundation and one of her conditions is that Hilary will not be involved. Hilary says she is in charge of the Chancellor-Turner wing. They were both brave women who battled addiction and it’s fitting that their names are side by side. Jill refuses to share a dedication with Hilary and says Hilary is trying to gain class by attaching herself to the Chancellor name. Hilary says she hopes Jill isn’t withdrawing her contribution over something so petty, what would the press think? Jill says it would take her two seconds to remedy that. She says Jill doesn’t the heart of the press like she used to and Colin has some PR issues of his own. Hilary says she is in good standing in GC. Jill says only because of the money Devon received. Hilary says that is far more than Katherine left Jill and that must really sting. Jill leaves. Hilary tells Cane to get Jill on board or else.

Phyllis tells Jack she loves him and the life they have created. Jack says together they are unstoppable. Phyllis has a flashback to telling Billy that she loves Jack and what they had will not happen again. Jack comes out and she says he is her other half.

Devon asks Lily if everything is okay, Lily says she is being blackmailed by his ***** of a wife. She says Hilary is milking this for everything she can and doesn’t understand how Devon can love someone who would turn on him any second. He doesn’t think Hilary will put him at risk. Devon says he and Hilary love each other. He doesn’t like the way Hilary is going about things but wants them to give Hilary a break. He asks Lily to stop making trouble.

Hilary comes marching in straight to Jack’s table and says she would not forgive herself if she did not give him this news right now. She says Jill is going to pull her funds and objecting to the dedication. Phyllis suggests they dedicate a wing to each woman. Jack loves that idea. Hilary objects but says she will make the arrangements and leaves unhappy. Jack praises Phyllis on her brilliance.

Hilary tells Devon she is working so hard to make a place in the community and everyone is just bringing her down. She says that Rose will have her own wing and but people will only see her as a lush who drank herself to death. Devon assures her that with his money and influence that will not happen. She says she loves him.

At Billy’s while kissing Bethany, he only sees Phyllis’ face. Jill arrives and is appalled at what Billy has done to the place and Katherine’s picture is gone. Billy and Bethany come down. Bethany asks if he lives with his mother. Jill says maybe she should learn something about the man she sleeps with. She asks Billy what the hell he has done to Katherine’s house. She tells Bethany to get dressed. Bethany goes upstairs. Jill thought he would respect Katherine’s memory. He shows her Katherine’s picture. Jill says she came back because he is screwing up and needs a kick in the butt. Jill is very upset that he turned Katherine’s house into a man-cave. She wanted him to raise his family here, not bring bimbos to shack up with him. She says he has never grown up and has no sense of priorities. It breaks her heart and she leaves.

Cane tells Lily that Hilary is holding him hostage. He they all have to go along with her plans. Lily says they need to call Hilary’s bluff. Cane asks if she is willing to let Neil go to prison. She says that Hilary is monopolizing their lives. Cane says they need a way to expose Hilary without incriminating Neil and Devon. She wants to get Devon to let Hilary think he is turning against Hilary.

Jill arrives and complains to Jack and Phyllis. Jack assures her that Katherine will have her own wing. Jill says he has made a huge mistake having Hilary on the Board but they have a bigger problem, Billy. He is going off the rails. Jill wants to know why everything has fallen apart. She complains about the color of Billy’s place, how he has filled it with toys and women running around in sheets to Phyllis’ horror.

Day Ahead
- Jill pleads with Vicky to make the first move and tell Billy how she feels
- Summer tells Luca she doesn’t know why Vicky is being so stubborn; he says Rome wasn’t built in a day
- Billy to Jack: you want to know what’s bothering me – I’ll tell you right now

FRIDAY US SPOILER!

Luca comes to see Billy and says Vicky’s has lost her business acumen and she is distracted. When Billy has the kids Vicky disappears and neglects NE. Billy says Vicky is free to see whom she pleases and tells Luca to get out. Outside Luca calls Rodney and tells him to stay close to Vicky.

Jill complains to Jack and Phyllis about Billy and what he has done to Katherine’s house. She blames Jack for letting Billy spiral out of control. She wants Jack to do something about it. Jack says he is not going to fix Billy’s mess. Jill is afraid Billy is going to start gambling again and wants Jack and Phyllis to break Billy’s cycle of destruction. Jill threatens to withdraw her donation unless Jack and Phyllis talk to Billy. Jack agrees. Jill wants Phyllis to go with him. Jill says Phyllis can steer Billy in the right direction since she is not one of the silly woman who fall for Billy’s charm.

At the café, Michael and Lauren celebrate his reinstatement as a lawyer with a glass of champagne.

Summer explains to Vicky about sending the proposal. Vicky says Luca rushed in to help Summer and sold her on Vicky’s poor performance and Summer believed him. She let Luca draw up a proposal and put her name on it. Summer put NE at risk and Vicky’s reputation into Luca’s lying hands. Summer defends Luca. She says she could have Summer and Luca arrested for fraud. Vicky reminds her Luca doesn’t work at NE. Summer says Luca did not lie or screw Vicky over. That was Billy. Vicky asks what made her think she could mascaraed as an officer of the company and get away with it. Vicky says as CEO she does not have to prove herself to Summer or Luca. Summer asks Vicky to admit Luca did her a favor. Vicky says Summer has let Luca pull her strings. Vicky admits she has been a little distracted lately. Jill arrives and asks what has Vicky so distracted from things that are really important, like Billy. Vicky says Billy is back in all his degenerate glory. Jill says Billy is in love with Vicky and she knows Vicky is still in loves him. She insists that Vicky see Billy and tell him how she feels and set him straight. Vicky says Billy’s actions are on him and she is tired of cleaning up everyone’s messes only to be blamed and attacked. She is not going to get back with Billy and she doesn’t care.

Outside her office Luca tells Summer he spoke to Billy. Billy said he doesn’t care about Vicky or anyone else in that family. Summer says she tried to get Vicky to thank him for what he did and doesn’t know why she is being stubborn. He says he is going to win Vicky over. They hear Vicky yelling she is not going back to Billy. Luca leaves. Vicky tells Summer to hold down the fort. Vicky tells Summer to call her if anything comes up and leaves.

Luca and Summer are in Vicky’s office. While they kiss, an urgent email arrives from their offshore drilling operation needing immediate attention. There has been an incident on one of the drilling platforms. Luca and Summer try to figure out what the problem is. Luca wants Summer to do something about this but Summer says she is not going behind Vicky’s back and calls Vicky. Vicky is not answering. Luca says they need to let them know that NE is on top of this and calls someone to make a statement for immediate release concerning Newman Oil on Vicky’s behalf.

Jack and Phyllis arrive to talk to Billy. Jack says the family is worried sick about him, including Phyllis. He says Billy is self-destructing and doesn’t want him to hit rock bottom before he gets help. Billy says he is alone in this house, no job and his marriage is over. He blames himself and admits he was momentarily tempted to gamble but kept it under control. Jack asks if there is someone he genuinely cares about. He says there was but it’s over. Jack assumes Billy is talking about Vicky. Billy says Vicky is convinced things will work for them, now or ever. He says Vicky is in love with someone else. Jack doesn’t believe this is over for Billy and Vicky. Billy needs to talk to Vicky. Billy says he will try to get Vicky back.

Vicky arrives at Hank’s. She tells Travis she hoped she and her ex could reconcile but after today it isn’t going to happen. Travis says she is free and maybe there is a chance for them. She says no and she is not going to come here anymore. Travis doesn’t want to lose her so he will settle for what he can get and kisses her. Rodney takes a picture. Later Vicky and Travis are having sex while Summer is trying to reach her.

Jill joins Michael and Lauren and tells them how Billy is messing up his life. Jill says she had to force Jack and Phyllis to go and talk to him.

Day Ahead
- Billy tells Natalie he needs information on the Newman Oil platform that sprung a leak last night
- Luca tells Noah he just spoke to Vicky and she wants Summer to talk to the press
- Vicky arrives in the office and asks what’s going on

MONDAY US SPOILER!!!

Chelsea tells Adam Victor has not beaten them yet. Michael arrives and says the case is not over. Police could not prove the journal is a forgery. He gives them a copy of Sage’s journal. Adam wants a second test done. Michael says a relative has to authorize another exhumation since she has been reburied. Adam says Sage was the closest. Michael says Nick might be able to give the authorization as Sage’s widower.

Vicky brings Johnny to Billy’s. She asks if she will find a thong in the couch. He asks if that is the reason she sends Hannah to get Johnny or has she found someone to be with. She says his personal life is not her concern and hers is none of his. He shows her the headline on his tablet about the oil spill. She feels blindsided and leaves for the office.

Luca tells Noah they need to handle the situation but they can’t wait for Vicky. Luca says Vicky wants Summer to talk to the press. Luca tells Summer and Noah to find all the maintenance and inspection reports. He will call Vicky. Summer and Noah leave. Luca doesn’t call Vicky. When Summer and Noah return and Luca says Vicky wants them to go on the offensive and thinks Summer should handle the press. He coaches Summer not to make any accusations. Noah wants to wait for Vicky. The reporters arrive. Summer makes a statement. Vicky arrives. The reporter tells Vicky the footage has already been sent and Summer did a good job.

Kevin joins Natalie for breakfast and says he doesn’t know what is going on with Mariah but he is going to find out. Natalie gets a call from Billy asking to see her. She leaves.

Natalie arrives at Billy’s and he asks her to get information on the oil spill. She finds it and then they watch Summer’s news feed. Summer seemed to imply it was sabotage.

Later Noah arrives and Billy asks him what is going on at NE. Noah says that Summer was following Vicky’s instructions. Billy says Vicky was with him when she found out about the oil spill, so the timing of Vicky finding out and Summer’s press release doesn’t work. Noah realizes that Luca orchestrated this.

Summer and Luca tell Vicky that they followed her instructions and ask why they couldn’t reach her. Vicky thanks Summer for stepping in. Summer leaves. Vicky asks Luca what game he is playing and why he lied about speaking to her. Luca says she was unreachable, so he handled it. He wants to prove himself and undo the damage he has done. Vicky checks the news and sees the damage has been contained. Luca offers his hand in friendship. Billy walks in and tells her not to shake Luca’s hand if she wants to keep her fingers.

Faith tells Nick that Sully has two cowlicks. Nick says Faith also had them and it’s in the genes. Sharon freaks out and tries to stop Nick from going to see Sully but he and Faith say they will be quiet. Sharon tells Mariah that the cowlick is a Newman trait and is afraid Nick will question Sully’s parentage. Mariah tries to calm Sharon saying she can’t obsess over every comment Nick makes. Sharon says Sully may look like Nick or Sage when he grows up. She can’t tell Dylan because it will destroy him. Mariah promises she won’t tell anyone. Nick says he may have lost Christian but he will be able to watch Sully grow up. Sharon says maybe Nick should back off if it hurts him. Nick says Sully helps him. Nick gets a call from Adam asking to see him and leaves. Mariah says she will keep Sharon’s secret but if Sharon is not going to tell Nick then Sharon has to let Nick spend time with Sully. Sharon is afraid Nick will see the traits he and Sully share and shouldn’t see so much of Sully. Mariah says people will notice if Sharon keeps Nick and Sully apart. Sharon says she has no choice and she can’t lose her baby. Faith asks why they would lose Sully.

Adam reads Sage’s journal and says it makes him look like an animal. He assures Chelsea they will get through this. Nick arrives. Adam says he adored Constance and didn’t hurt her. Nick says Victor denied setting Adam up. Nick wants to believe Adam then he sees the copy of Sage’s journal and becomes angry. He is outraged Adam is reading Sage’s private thoughts. Chelsea says Adam has been protecting him. Nick asks how. She says Adam has protected everyone. Adam says he needs a clean sample from Constance and needs Nick’s permission to exhume her body again.

Michael meets Kevin at the park café. Kevin says Mariah won’t tell him what is bothering her and both women have kissed him. Michael tells him to make a decision. Kevin has flashbacks to his times with Mariah and his times with Natalie.

Kevin kisses her Natalie.

Noah tells Summer that Luca set her up and he can prove it

Day Ahead
- Vicky says she heard Billy was having an affair; he says he heard a similar rumor about her.
- Nick asks Sharon if she thinks it’s a sin to keep something secret even if someone else suffers
- Dylan tells Mariah he trusts her to tell him what’s going on with Sharon

Yes she did! She's made it to bed with all of the Abbott and Newman men. (Well I guess she hasn't been to bed with Kyle Abbot, but give her time she'll get there.)

Im sooo glad that someone told Billy how terrible the mansion looks with that remodel...loved what she said about it looking like a Bordeaux where depressed hookers go to...something like that but it was a great comeback

I agree someone is going to kill or really injure Hilary...either that or Lilly will take her down in a way that keeps her dad and brother safe....either that or Devon will dig up something on her that could ruin her for good...and he turns the tables and blackmails her....and sends her on her way.....with a pocket full of $$$$..or they will find out that she has a brain tumor due to treatment and thats why she has been so driven and MEAN...only to have it removed or saved by the same treatment that Ashley used ....and she turns out to be a loving good person.....

Glad that Kevin helped his friend Mariah....if he had not i would have been done with his character as well...and he would have become one of my FF when on screen...

Sure with that they would bring back more of the actors like Jill that made this show GREAT!

I think Hilary will be the one to figure out about Billy and Phyllis' affair. She will end up doing what she does best, BLACKMAIL! If she's murdered, and it's a who done it murder mystery, the Winters and Abbotts would be prime suspects! That should be fun!
