FRIDAY US SPOILER!!!
At the prison, Meredith accuses Victor of using her to get out early. Their chat eventually turns to forgiveness. Victor tells her that his son wants him to rot in there. Meredith believes he should consider forgiving his son thinking it would bring him peace. She places her hand on his bandaged hand and then pulls it away saying they must keep things professional. But Victor moves in closer and assures her she’s not alone. He then tells her that she’s very beautiful, and kisses her! Meredith tells him that can’t happen again, and sends Victor back to his cell. Later, Meredith thinks back to their kiss and summons Victor back to the infirmary, where she admits that she can’t stop thinking about him. Victor tells her that not being able to have her is the real prison. She kisses him again.
At the GCAC, Jack finds his wife daydreaming, Phyllis tells him she’s right where she needs to be. Across the room, Hilary eavesdrops on Cane and Lily discussing Max, and chimes in saying she hopes Max gets the help he clearly needs. Neil is standing by watching. Lily talks to Cane about all the power Hilary has over them. Hilary heads over to Jack and Phyllis’ table. Neil picks up on the obvious tension with Hilary and Phyllis and pulls Hilary away. Neil demands that Hilary leave his friends (Jack and Phyllis) alone. Phyllis complains to Jack that Hilary is a “human wrecking ball”. Jack defends Hilary, telling her that she just wants to prove herself. Jack starts to wonder if Phyllis is jealous of his friendship with Hillary. Phyllis tells her husband to watch his back when it comes to that woman.”
At Chancellor Park, Ben and Abby reconnect. He apologizes to her for pushing her away and promises to never abandon her again. Abby encourages her husband to visit his son, telling him that he’s given her everything she needs. Ben tells her that she’s the best thing that has ever happened to him. Later at the hospital, Ashley encourages Ben to lean on Abby. Ben tells her that Abby has suffered enough. Later, Ben surprises Abby with a romantic evening in their suite.
At the Jabot lab, Abby gives Billy her two cents on his business tactics. Their talk moves onto Billy’s love life. Ash wonders if he has a new love interest. Billy denies her questions, but Ash knows better. Ash wonders if he would be able to find woman who allow him move on from Victoria. Later on, Abby visits her mom and gives her an update on Ben and Max. Ash compliments her daughter telling her that she’s a good wife, and apologizes to her for not listening to her about Max. Abby is still concerned, worrying about the Newman curse. Ash reminds her that she’s half Abbott and promises her that she will be happy.
Back at the GCAC, Neil accuses Hilary of trying to move in on Jack. He even threatens to tell Jack about her blackmail. Hilary doesn’t take the bait, doubting that Neil will tell unless he wants the cops knocking on his door. After Neil leaves, Lily storms up to confront Hilary. Hilary jokes that Cane almost got away from her. Lily warns her she may be able to charm Jack, but there is nothing she can do to shut her up. Hilary reminds her that she can just turn in “Daddy Dearest.” Lily threatens to go to Devon and tell her that his wife is making a play for Jack Abbott’s attention.
Cane finds Neil at Hanks bar about to take a shot of liquor. Cane advises Neil to man up and take control of the situation. Neil demands that Cane shut up and join him for a drink, or get out. Neil takes a shot, and Cane takes his car keys and wallet. Cane insists that Lily is still on his side, but that could change when she finds out he’s drinking again. Neil doesn’t listen, and takes another shot.
At the Jabot lab, Jack and Ashley bicker over Hilary. Their chat moves onto to Billy and Victoria. Ash believes he’s involved with someone and wonders how a new woman in Billy’s life will change things. Ash, “He worked hard trying to deny it, which means the woman really means something to him; something real.” Jack looks curious.
Billy is at home flashing back to his night with Phyllis, he decides to go for a ride on his motorcycle. Billy runs into Phyllis at the park. Phyllis demands that he leave her alone. Billy admits that he makes her crazy…he can’t let her be. He talks about them being lovers, and her perfume. Phyllis demands that they cannot destroy this family. Billy, “This is real.” Phyllis refuses to listen. Billy pulls her into a passionate kiss.
