The Wizarding World of Harry Potter 4/7/2016 - I'm confused??

Hi we've never been and was thinking of planning a universal package w/harry potter for kids spring break. But then I saw this: http://www.universalstudioshollywoo...ource=bps_nb_dom&matchtype=p&msid=30869059450 that "The Wizarding World of Harry Potter" opens on 4/7/2016. So is parts of it in Orlando not open yet? Should we still go? Should we wait till after this opens? We will probably only go once because it'll be the last year before kids have the same spring break again. What will we be missing out?

It is all open in Orlando. In Hollywood it is not all open yet.
