math is a singular word. it's one of those words like "rice" you don't say "rices" you say "rice" and rice can be one grain of rice or a whole tub of rice. Math is singular and it includes various forms of math, not maths.

that's how it's done in america.

It's just.. English. Or UK if I'm talking about the 4 countries. Idk, never British.
I ticked my nationality as 'English' on the 2011 census. There was an option for British too. I probably could have ticked both but eh.

I mainly use British when I talk about TV shows and stuff, because all of the UK has pretty much the same schedule and shows and things. Or if I'm unsure what country something (or someone) is from because it lumps all four countries into one word.
